【摘要】：目的對針灸聯(lián)合推拿治療肩周炎的臨床效果進行觀察分析。方法選取本院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的100例肩周炎患者進行本次研究,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組各50例。對照組給予針灸治療,觀察組在對照組針灸治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合推拿治療,對比分析兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果通過2個療程的治療,結(jié)果顯示觀察組治療總體有效率為96%,明顯高于對照組的82%,P0.05,差異具有顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論針灸聯(lián)合推拿治療肩周炎的療效顯著,具有療程短、見效快、患者易于接受、治愈率高等優(yōu)點,值得在臨床上進行推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods from July 2015 to July 2016, 100 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of acupuncture treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results through two courses of treatment, the results showed that the overall effective rate of the observation group was 96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage is effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. It has the advantages of short course of treatment, quick effect, easy acceptance by patients and high cure rate. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
