【摘要】：目的:觀察健脾化痰活血方治療中青年亞臨床甲減致認(rèn)知功能損傷臨床療效,對TSH、RBANS等指標(biāo)的影響。方法:采用隨機(jī)、對照的試驗(yàn)方法,觀察中青年亞臨床甲減患者64例,隨機(jī)分為中藥組、西藥組,中藥組予健脾化痰活血方,西藥組予優(yōu)甲樂(賽治)觀察。結(jié)果:中藥組總有效率為80.00%,明顯優(yōu)于西藥組50.00%(P0.05)。中藥組能降低TSH水平,改善亞臨床甲減患者臨床癥狀,還能調(diào)整血脂代謝紊亂情況。結(jié)論:健脾化痰活血方可以明顯提高亞臨床甲減的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Huoxue recipe on cognitive function injury caused by subclinical hypothyroidism in middle-aged and young people, and the effect on TSH,RBANS and other indexes. Methods: 64 young and middle-aged patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group treated with Jianpi Huatan Huoxue recipe and western medicine group treated with Youjiale (Saizhi). Results: the total effective rate of TCM group was 80.00%, which was significantly better than that of western medicine group (50.00%) (P0.05). Chinese medicine group can reduce the level of TSH, improve the clinical symptoms of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, but also adjust the disorder of blood lipid metabolism. Conclusion: Jianpi Huatan Huoxue recipe can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of subclinical hypothyroidism.
