【摘要】：目的:探討電針結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)想象療法對(duì)腦梗死患者偏癱側(cè)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和生活自理能力恢復(fù)的影響。方法:將90例腦梗死偏癱患者隨機(jī)分為康復(fù)組、電針組和綜合組,每組30例�？祻�(fù)組采用腦梗死的常規(guī)護(hù)理、藥物治療以及常規(guī)康復(fù)治療;電針組在康復(fù)組基礎(chǔ)上加用電針治療,取穴以百會(huì)、頂顳前斜線、頂顳后斜線、肩毭、外關(guān)、風(fēng)市、三陰交為主穴,得氣后連接電針治療儀,留針30 min;綜合組在電針組基礎(chǔ)上加用運(yùn)動(dòng)想象治療,每次約20 min。3組治療均每日1次,每周5次,共治療4周。觀察3組治療前后Barthel指數(shù)和Brunnstrom評(píng)分的變化。結(jié)果:研究中共有3例未能完成試驗(yàn),最終87例納入統(tǒng)計(jì),康復(fù)組30例,電針組29例,綜合組28例。治療后3組患者Barthel指數(shù)和Brunnstrom評(píng)分分級(jí)情況均較治療前明顯改善(均P0.01);治療后電針組、綜合組Barthel指數(shù)較康復(fù)組明顯升高(均P0.01),綜合組患者下肢Brunnstrom評(píng)分分級(jí)情況較電針組、康復(fù)組明顯改善(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:電針結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)想象療法與康復(fù)可以明顯提高腦梗死患者偏癱側(cè)的肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和生活自理能力,總體臨床療效優(yōu)于單純康復(fù)或電針治療。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with motor imagination therapy on hemiplegic side motor function and self-care ability of cerebral infarction patients. Methods: 90 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group, acupuncture group and comprehensive group with 30 cases in each group. The rehabilitation group was treated with routine nursing, drug therapy and routine rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction. The acupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation group. The acupoints were treated with Baihui, anterior parietal temporal oblique line, shoulder, Weiguan, Fengshi City and Sanyinjiao as the main points. The acupuncture treatment apparatus was connected with the acupuncture instrument after the qi was obtained, and the needle was kept for 30 min;. The combined group was treated with motor imagination therapy on the basis of electro-acupuncture group, each time about 20 min.3 group was treated once a day, 5 times a week, for a total of 4 weeks. The changes of Barthel index and Brunnstrom score were observed before and after treatment. Results: a total of 3 cases failed to complete the test, and 87 cases were included in the statistics. There were 30 cases in rehabilitation group, 29 cases in electroacupuncture group and 28 cases in comprehensive group. After treatment, the Barthel index and Brunnstrom score of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P0.01). After treatment, the Barthel index of acupuncture group and comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of rehabilitation group (all P0.01). The Brunnstrom score of lower limbs of patients in comprehensive group was significantly improved than that of electroacupuncture group and rehabilitation group (all P0.05). Conclusion: electro-acupuncture combined with motor imagination therapy and rehabilitation can significantly improve the limb motor function and self-care ability of hemiplegic side in patients with cerebral infarction, and the overall clinical effect is better than that of simple rehabilitation or electro-acupuncture therapy.
