【摘要】：目的:觀察沖脈理論針刺方法對中風后吞咽障礙患者的臨床療效,比較其與目前的常規(guī)針刺治療方法的療效差異,分析沖脈理論在治療該病中的臨床意義。方法:依據(jù)中華醫(yī)學會腦血管病診斷標準中有關(guān)腦血管病后吞咽障礙的診斷標準,采取隨機對照的設(shè)計方法,將60例中風后吞咽障礙患者隨機分配到?jīng)_脈理論針刺組(治療組)和常規(guī)針刺組(對照組),兩組在進行基礎(chǔ)治療及康復訓練的前提下,治療一個月后比較兩組患者的臨床療效及治療前后洼田飲水試驗評分以及藤島一郎吞咽療效評價。結(jié)果:治療組與對照組在整體療效、洼田飲水試驗、藤島一郎吞咽療效評分等情況在治療后均有改善,與治療前比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后治療組的整體療效、洼田飲水試驗、藤島一郎吞咽療效評分與對照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組。在整體療效方面,治療組總有效率93%,對照組總有效率70%,兩組總有效率有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:基于沖脈理論針刺治療中風后吞咽障礙與傳統(tǒng)針刺療法均可改善中風后吞咽障礙患者的吞咽功能,但前者療效優(yōu)于后者。且沖脈理論針刺法較傳統(tǒng)療法更加簡、便、效、廉,值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the clinical effect of pulse theory acupuncture on patients with dysphagia after apoplexy, to compare the curative effect of acupuncture therapy with conventional acupuncture method, and to analyze the clinical significance of pulse theory in the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy. Methods: according to the diagnostic standard of cerebrovascular disease in the Chinese Medical Association, a randomized controlled design method was adopted for the diagnosis of dysphagia after cerebrovascular disease. Sixty patients with dysphagia after apoplexy were randomly assigned to the treatment group (treatment group) and the conventional acupuncture group (control group). On the premise of basic treatment and rehabilitation training, the two groups were divided into two groups: the treatment group (treatment group) and the routine acupuncture group (control group). One month after treatment, the clinical efficacy, the scores of Wada drinking water test before and after treatment and the efficacy of Ichiro Fujima swallowing were compared between the two groups. Results: the treatment group and the control group in the overall efficacy, Wada drinking water test, Fujima Yichiro swallowing efficacy scores were improved after treatment, compared with the pre-treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the overall curative effect of the treatment group, Wada drinking water test, Fujima Ichiro swallowing efficacy score compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: both acupuncture therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy can improve the swallowing function of patients with post-stroke dysphagia based on the theory of pulse, but the former is superior to the latter in the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy. And pulse theory acupuncture method than traditional therapy is simpler, convenient, effective, cheap, worth popularizing and applying.
