【摘要】：目的:探討耳穴壓豆療法在艾滋病相關失眠患者治療中的臨床效果。方法:選擇符合艾滋病失眠診斷標準患者272例,給予耳穴壓豆療法,治療7、14、21 d和28 d,采用匹茲堡睡眠質量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)作為療效評定。結果:272例患者治療前后PSQI各因子得分及總分比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;Cox比例風險模型結果顯示,CD_4細胞計數(shù)在(201~300)cell/mm~3的患者失眠風險是在100 cell/mm~3患者的0.632倍,CD_4細胞計數(shù)在(301~400)cell/mm~3的患者失眠風險是在100 cell/mm~3患者的0.652倍,500 cell/mm~3的患者失眠風險是在100 cell/mm~3患者的0.679倍。結論:耳穴壓豆療法治療艾滋病患者失眠具有一定的療效,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of auricular point pea-pressing therapy in AIDS-related insomnia patients. Methods: a total of 272 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia were selected and treated with auricular point pressing bean therapy for 7,14,21 and 28 days. Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale (PSQI) was used as the evaluation of curative effect. Results: there were significant differences in the scores and total scores of PSQI before and after treatment. The results of the Cox proportional hazard model showed that the risk of insomnia in patients with CD_4 cell count at (201 cell/mm~3) cell/mm~3 was 0.632 times higher than that in 100 cell/mm~3 patients. The risk of insomnia in patients with CD_4 cell count (301 to 400) cell/mm~3 was 0.652 times higher than that in 100 cell/mm~3 patients, and the risk of insomnia in 500 cell/mm~3 patients was 0.679 times higher than that in 100 cell/mm~3 patients. Conclusion: auricular point pressure bean therapy has certain curative effect on insomnia of AIDS patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
