【摘要】：目的:探討同仁堂舒肝丸與防風(fēng)通圣丸聯(lián)合方案在圍絕經(jīng)期抑郁肥胖治療中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法:選擇2014年1月-2016年1月北京同仁堂中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收治的圍絕經(jīng)期抑郁并肥胖患者作為研究對(duì)象,共計(jì)70例。根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將70例患者平均分為兩組,即研究組與對(duì)照組,各35例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用安慰劑、氟西汀及針灸治療,研究組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用同仁堂舒肝丸聯(lián)合防風(fēng)通圣丸治療。結(jié)果:研究組治療的總有效率為88.57%,對(duì)照組為62.86%,研究組總有效率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組治療前BMI指數(shù)、體質(zhì)量及HAMD評(píng)分對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療后兩組患者BMI指數(shù)、體質(zhì)量及HAMD評(píng)分較治療前均顯著降低,研究組治療后BMI指數(shù)、體質(zhì)量及HAMD評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組治療前FSH與E2水平對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療后兩組患者FSH低于治療前、E2高于治療前(P0.05),且研究組治療后FSH水平低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),E2水平高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:同仁堂舒肝丸聯(lián)合防風(fēng)通圣丸治療圍絕經(jīng)期抑郁肥胖效果顯著,可以有效調(diào)節(jié)體質(zhì)量,改善不良心理狀況,適于臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Tongren Tang Shugan Pill and Fangfeng Tongsheng Pill in the treatment of perimenopause depression and obesity. Methods: 70 patients with perimenopause depression and obesity were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in Tongrentang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to the randomized table method, 70 patients were divided into two groups: study group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The control group was treated with placebo, fluoxetine and acupuncture. The study group was treated with Tongren Tang Shugan Pill combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Pill on the basis of the control group. Results: the total effective rate was 88.57% in the study group and 62.86% in the control group. The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in BMI index, body mass and HAMD score between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the BMI index, body mass and HAMD score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The BMI index, body mass and HAMD score in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of FSH and E2 between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the level of FSH in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the level of E2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P0.05), and the level of E2 in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Tongren Tang Shugan Pill combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Pill is effective in the treatment of perimenopause depression and obesity, which can effectively regulate body mass and improve bad psychological condition, so it is suitable for clinical application.
