【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查并總結(jié)專家對于辨質(zhì)捏脊法干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的意見。材料與方法:通過前期的文獻研究,設(shè)計得出第一輪“辨質(zhì)捏脊法干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的調(diào)查問卷”,并發(fā)送給全國35位專家,在規(guī)定日期內(nèi)回收專家意見并整理后,設(shè)計得出第二輪調(diào)查問卷。將第二輪調(diào)查問卷以電子郵件的形式發(fā)送給全國35位專家,回收專家意見,運用統(tǒng)計方法對專家意見進行整理分析,以得出統(tǒng)一的結(jié)論。結(jié)果:1.完成兩輪專家問卷調(diào)查,針對專家意見,歸納本病患兒的體質(zhì)分型共七種,分別為氣虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)、氣陰兩虛質(zhì)、陽虛質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)、濕熱質(zhì)、食積郁熱質(zhì)。2.以捏脊法治療本病,針對7種體質(zhì)患兒的辨質(zhì)選穴:⑴氣虛質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為脾俞、腎俞、肺俞;⑵陰虛質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為肝俞、心俞、腎俞;⑶氣陰兩虛質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為肝俞、脾俞、腎俞;⑷陽虛質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為腎俞、脾俞、肺俞;⑸痰濕質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為脾俞、三焦俞、肺俞;⑹濕熱質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為脾俞、三焦俞;⑺食積郁熱質(zhì)的辨質(zhì)選穴為脾俞、肝俞。3.穴位操作時間為每個穴位10-20秒。4.穴位操作次數(shù)為15-20次。5.捏脊療法的操作介質(zhì)為滑石粉。6.捏脊療法的操作禁忌為饑餓、皮膚破損、出血傾向、發(fā)熱、嚴重心功能不全、嚴重肝腎功能不全、睡眠時、急性傳染病傳染期、腫瘤、骨折脫位及扭傷、嚴重皮膚病。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過3輪問卷調(diào)查確定了本病患兒的體質(zhì)分型以及不同體質(zhì)患兒的辨質(zhì)選穴及操作,可為臨床操作提供參考意見。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and summarize the opinions of experts on the intervention of syndrome differentiation and chiropractic method in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Materials and methods: through the previous literature study, the first round of questionnaire on interference of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection was designed and sent to 35 experts in the country. After collecting and sorting out expert opinions within the prescribed date, The second round questionnaire was designed. The second round questionnaire was sent to 35 experts in China in the form of e-mail. The experts' opinions were collected and analyzed by statistical method in order to draw a unified conclusion. Results: 1. According to the expert opinion, seven types of physique of children with this disease were summarized, which were Qi deficiency quality, Yin deficiency quality, Qi Yin deficiency quality, Yang deficiency quality, phlegm dampness quality, damp Heat quality, Food accumulation stagnation Heat quality. 2. According to the treatment of this disease by the method of pinching the spine, the points of differentiation of quality were selected for 7 kinds of physique children: (1) spleen-Shu, Shen-Shu and Fei-Shu for Qi-deficiency and quality-differentiation, Gan-Shu, Xin-Shu, Shen-Shu for Yin-deficiency quality, and Gan-Shu, Xin-Shu and Shen-Shu for Yin-deficiency. (3) selecting acupoints of Qi-yin deficiency for Gan-Shu, spleen-Shu and Shen-Shu; 4-Yang-deficiency for kidney-Shu, spleen-Shu and lung-Shu; 5-phlegm-damp-quality selection for spleen-Shu, three-Jiaoshu and Fesu; (6) damp-heat differentiation for spleen-Shu and three-Jiaoshu; (6) for damp-heat quality, it is spleen-Shu and three-Jiaoshu; 7 the selection of acupoints for differentiation of heat quality of food accumulation depression is spleen Shu and Gansu. 3. The operation time of each acupoint is 10? 20 seconds. 4. The operation times of acupoints are 15-20 times. 5. The operation medium of chiropractic is talc powder. 6. The operation taboos of chiropractic therapy are hunger, skin damage, bleeding tendency, fever, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, sleep, acute infectious disease infection, tumor, fracture dislocation and sprain, serious skin disease. Conclusion: after 3 rounds of questionnaire investigation, the constitution type of children with this disease and the selection of acupoints and operation of different physique were determined, which can provide reference for clinical operation.
