【摘要】：冠心病是一種多因性、復(fù)雜性疾病,單靶點(diǎn)的治療雖能夠在一定程度上改善某些替代指標(biāo),如狹窄的解除、斑塊的穩(wěn)定及脂質(zhì)水平的降低等,但始終存在著指標(biāo)改善與臨床缺血癥狀及終點(diǎn)心血管事件風(fēng)險不同步的矛盾。究其原因,在于對疾病認(rèn)識和治療觀的割裂現(xiàn)象,常常陷入"重結(jié)構(gòu),輕功能""重形病,輕神變"的誤區(qū),把冠心病看成簡單的"血管-血液"病變,而忽略了"血-脈""心-神""神-脈"間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,故筆者擬從"血-脈-心-神"共病共調(diào)的整體觀認(rèn)識來闡釋中醫(yī)藥治療冠心病可能起效的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a multifactorial and complex disease. Although single target therapy can improve some alternative indexes to a certain extent, such as the release of stenosis, the stability of plaque and the decrease of lipid level, and so on. However, there is always a contradiction between the improvement of indexes and the risk of clinical ischemic symptoms and end-point cardiovascular events. The reason lies in the splitting of the understanding and treatment of the disease, which often falls into the misconception of "heavy structure, light function", "serious form disease, light change of mind", and regards coronary heart disease as a simple "vascular-blood" lesion. While ignoring the complicated relationship between "blood-pulse", "heart-spirit" and "spirit-pulse", the author intends to explain the possible mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease from the holistic view of "blood-pulse-heart-mind-spirit" co-ill consonant with "blood-pulse-heart-spirit".
