【摘要】：崩漏,是一種月經(jīng)周期、經(jīng)期、經(jīng)量嚴(yán)重紊亂的病證,表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)血非時(shí)暴下不止或淋漓不盡,前者謂之崩中,后者稱之漏下,為婦科常見病及疑難病之一。崩與漏雖臨床表現(xiàn)不同,但病因病機(jī)基本相同,且常相互轉(zhuǎn)化,故并稱“崩漏”。二者常交替出現(xiàn),致使患者病情纏綿難愈,嚴(yán)重影響了婦女的身心健康及生活質(zhì)量�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)則稱之為功能失調(diào)性子宮出血,高發(fā)于青春期和圍絕經(jīng)期女性,育齡期較為少見。目前西醫(yī)多采用激素止血和調(diào)整周期的方法治療該病,然其不能從根本上祛除病因,且因目前醫(yī)療狀況,患者較難接受長(zhǎng)期服用激素的治療方法。而祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)崩漏的治療歷史悠長(zhǎng),有其獨(dú)特的理論體系,運(yùn)用辨證論治,審證求因的方法,從根本上改善機(jī)體狀態(tài)。導(dǎo)師王翠霞教授從事婦科臨床一線工作近20年,博采眾家之長(zhǎng),本尋辯證論治思想,結(jié)合多年臨床實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)崩漏有其獨(dú)特的中西醫(yī)認(rèn)識(shí)。導(dǎo)師認(rèn)為崩漏之本在腎,同時(shí)累及肝脾二臟,因虛、熱、瘀,以致沖任損傷,不能制約經(jīng)血,致使經(jīng)血非時(shí)而下,發(fā)為崩漏;從西醫(yī)學(xué)角度講則是多由于無排卵引起。治療上,導(dǎo)師將崩漏分為出血期和血止后期,分期論治,靈活運(yùn)用治崩三法,出血期治以補(bǔ)腎健脾,固澀化瘀止血之法,塞流、澄源并舉;血止后期以復(fù)舊為主,結(jié)合澄源治以補(bǔ)肝腎,健脾氣,疏肝調(diào)經(jīng)為主,辨證論治,靈活變化,臨床療效顯著。

At present western medicine mostly uses hormone to stop bleeding and adjust the period to treat the disease, but it can't eliminate the cause of disease fundamentally, and because of the current medical condition, patients are difficult to accept the treatment method of taking hormone for a long time. Chinese medicine has a long history of treating leakage, and has its unique theoretical system. The method of syndrome differentiation and cause seeking is used to fundamentally improve the state of organism. Professor Wang Cuixia is engaged in gynecological clinical front line work for nearly 20 years. The tutor thinks the root of the collapse is in the kidney, at the same time involving the liver and spleen two viscera, because of deficiency, heat, blood stasis, so that the damage, can not restrict the meridian blood, cause meridian blood to come down at no time, the hair is broken down; from the western medicine point of view, it is mostly caused by anovulation. In the treatment, the supervisor divided the bleeding period and the later stage of blood stasis, treated by stages, flexible use of the three methods of treatment of avalanche, bleeding period treatment to tonify the kidney and strengthen the spleen, strengthen the astringency and remove the blood stasis to stop the bleeding, stop the flow, and clear the source simultaneously; In the later period of blood stasis, the main way is to restore old age, combined with Chengyuan treatment to replenish liver and kidney, strengthen temper, soothe liver and regulate meridians, differentiation of symptoms and signs, flexible changes, and remarkable clinical effect.
