【摘要】：正患者,女,38歲。就診日期:2015年8月13日。主訴:雙下肢乏力5年,伴言語(yǔ)不清1年�，F(xiàn)病史:5年前無(wú)明顯誘因突發(fā)雙下肢乏力,走路不穩(wěn),就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,行頭顱MRI示:腦實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)未見(jiàn)明顯異常信號(hào);小腦體積縮小,小腦髓紋加深、增寬,環(huán)池增寬,第四腦室擴(kuò)大,并與枕池相連,小腦蚓部未見(jiàn)顯示,第三腦室、側(cè)腦室輕度擴(kuò)大。診斷:DandyWalker綜合征。未經(jīng)系統(tǒng)治療,間斷性就治一段時(shí)間(具體治療不詳)后,癥狀仍進(jìn)行性加重。1年前
