【摘要】：鼓脹屬難治病,病機(jī)虛實(shí)錯(cuò)雜,臟腑功能失調(diào),伴隨氣滯、血瘀、水濕內(nèi)停,邪盛正衰,病情危篤,預(yù)后較差。治療此病強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)態(tài)把握病情病勢(shì),對(duì)鼓脹病程進(jìn)行分期,攻補(bǔ)兼施,多法合用,發(fā)病急性期水熱互結(jié)或寒濕內(nèi)阻,治以中滿分消法;病久水結(jié)瘀阻,用鱉甲煎丸化裁;后期脾虛水停,以茯苓導(dǎo)水湯加減。
