【摘要】：目的探討中藥除濕丸聯(lián)合耳凈散治療外耳濕疹的臨床療效。方法選取2015年3月~2016年5月我院治療的140例外耳道濕疹患者,隨機(jī)分為中藥治療組和西藥治療組,每組70例。中藥組口服除濕丸和耳凈散患處噴敷,西藥組口服鹽酸西替利嗪片及艾洛松乳膏患處涂敷進(jìn)行治療,比較兩組患者不同治療時(shí)長的治愈率、有效率和復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果中藥組和西藥組治療2周的治愈率分別為53.2%、47.6%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.796,P=0.372);中藥組和西藥組治療2周的有效率分別為85.3%、70.6%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.626,P=0.01)。隨訪3個(gè)月,中藥組和西藥組的復(fù)發(fā)率分別為14.9%、40.0%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=9.815,P=0.002)。中藥組和西藥組治療滲液型的有效率(2周)分別為92.4%和72.5%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.194,P=0.007)。中藥組和西藥組治療無滲液型(2周)的有效率分別為78.2%和69.2%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.511,P=0.475)。結(jié)論用中藥除濕丸和耳凈散內(nèi)外合治外耳濕疹的效果顯著,中藥治療比西藥治療在控制復(fù)發(fā)率上有明顯優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of dehumidification pill combined with Erjing powder on eczema of external ear. Methods from March 2015 to May 2016, 140 patients with eczema of external auditory canal were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group with 70 cases in each group. The Chinese medicine group was treated by oral application of dehumidification pill and er Jing San, and the western medicine group by taking cetirizine hydrochloride and aloxone cream. The cure rate, effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results the cure rate of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were 53.2% and 47.6%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 2, 0.796, P < 0.372). The effective rates of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group for 2 weeks were 85.3 and 70.6, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2, 6.626, P < 0.01). After 3 months follow-up, the recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were 14.9and 40.0.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2, 9.815, P ~ (0.002). The effective rates of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were 92.4% and 72.5% in 2 weeks, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2, 7.194, P < 0.007). The effective rates were 78.2% and 69.2% in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 +) 0.511 P ~ (0.475). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of dehumidification pill and Erjing powder on eczema of external ear is remarkable. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is superior to that of western medicine in controlling the recurrence rate of eczema.
