【摘要】：目的:在已知穴位埋線治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)有較好臨床療效的基礎(chǔ)上,初步探究穴位埋線治療AR的中樞響應(yīng)特征。方法:對8例符合腦功能磁共振成像納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的AR患者進(jìn)行穴位埋線治療及靜息態(tài)腦功能磁共振掃描,并對比前后腦功能區(qū),找出效應(yīng)區(qū)域。結(jié)果:AR患者埋線前后對比存在顯著性增強(qiáng)、以及與AR發(fā)作期相應(yīng)的腦區(qū)。結(jié)論:穴位埋線治療AR的療效機(jī)制存在中樞效應(yīng)機(jī)制路線。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the central response characteristics of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) on the basis of the known clinical efficacy of catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: eight patients with AR who met the criteria of cerebral functional magnetic resonance imaging were treated with catgut embedding at acupoint and resting brain functional magnetic resonance scanning. The functional areas of the anterior and posterior brain were compared and the effect areas were found out. Results: there was significant enhancement before and after embedding line in AR patients, and the corresponding brain area during the attack of AR. Conclusion: the mechanism of acupoint catgut implantation for AR has central effect mechanism.
