【摘要】：目的:研究壽胎丸合四物湯加減治療腎虛血瘀型復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者對(duì)細(xì)胞免疫因子的影響。方法:選取于2014年2月—2015年8月該院收治的60例腎虛血瘀型復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者為研究對(duì)象,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表均分到觀察組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組患者采用黃體酮膠囊治療,觀察組采用黃體酮膠囊加壽胎丸合四物湯治療,觀察兩組患者臨床療效和妊娠情況,測(cè)定兩組患者相關(guān)指標(biāo)水平,并比較兩組患者的中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為96.67%;對(duì)照組總有效率70.00%,兩組比較有顯著差異(P0.05)。觀察組妊娠成功35例,再次流產(chǎn)4例;對(duì)照組妊娠成功18例,再次流產(chǎn)12例,觀察組妊娠情況明顯好于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。經(jīng)治療,兩組患者D-二聚體、TNF-α水平均有下降,而IL-10水平則上升;觀察組治療后D-二聚體、TNF-α水平明顯低于對(duì)照組,IL-10水平明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分均有下降,觀察組治療后中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分明顯小于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:壽胎丸合四物湯加減可顯著改善腎虛血瘀型復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者細(xì)胞免疫因子水平,增加妊娠成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Shou-Tye Pill combined with Siwu decoction on cytokines in the treatment of recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: 60 patients with recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected from Feb 2014 to Aug 2015. The patients in the control group were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with progesterone capsule. The observation group was treated with progesterone capsule combined with Shou-Tye Pill and Siwu decoction. The clinical curative effect and pregnancy status of the two groups were observed and the related indexes of the two groups were measured and the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67 and that of the control group was 70.00.The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). There were 35 cases of pregnancy success and 4 cases of reabortion in the observation group and 18 cases in the control group and 12 cases in the reabortion group. The pregnancy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the levels of D- dimer, TNF- 偽 and IL-10 were all decreased in both groups, and the levels of D- dimer and TNF- 偽 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the IL-10 level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Shoutai Pill combined with Siwu decoction can significantly improve the level of cytokines and increase the success rate of pregnancy in patients with recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
