【摘要】：王雪峰教授根據(jù)小兒臟腑"脾常不足,肝常有余"的辨證特點,容易出現(xiàn)肝郁脾虛、土虛木亢的病理改變,并在治療過程中根據(jù)脾虛與肝郁的不同,治療時注重抑木扶土與扶土抑木不同側(cè)重點,隨癥加減。王雪峰教授從肝脾論治此病,以"脾失健運、肝脾不和"的為主要病理機制,其病變部位主要在肝脾,肝郁脾虛、土虛木亢為基本病因病機,強調(diào)健脾化濕,疏肝理氣,調(diào)暢氣機的關(guān)鍵,并靈活辨證,輔以化濕消滯,治療過程中亦結(jié)合現(xiàn)代的生活特點提出調(diào)護建議并且積極地進行心理疏導(dǎo),標本兼治,為本病的中醫(yī)辨證論治提供新的思路。同時由于本病具有病情纏綿,病程長的特點,注重對患兒日常生活進行調(diào)護。
[Abstract]:According to the syndrome differentiation characteristics of "spleen is often insufficient and liver is often surplus" in children, Professor Wang Xuefeng is prone to the pathological changes of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and the difference between spleen deficiency and liver depression in the course of treatment. When the treatment of attention to wood and soil support different focus on wood suppression, plus or minus with the disease. Professor Wang Xuefeng treated the disease from the point of view of liver and spleen. The main pathological mechanism of this disease was "spleen failure, liver and spleen disharmony." its pathological position was mainly in liver and spleen, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and hyperactivity of earth and wood were the basic etiology and pathogenesis, emphasizing invigorating spleen and transforming dampness and soothing liver and regulating qi. The key of regulating qi machine is flexible differentiation of symptoms and signs, accompanied by removing dampness and eliminating stagnation. In the course of treatment, suggestions are put forward to regulate nursing and actively carry out psychological dredging and treating both symptoms and symptoms, so as to provide a new way of thinking for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease. At the same time, due to the disease with lingering disease, long course of disease, pay attention to the daily life of children.
