【摘要】：宋代醫(yī)家許叔微以"血在上則忘",解釋《傷寒論》蓄血證"喜忘"的病機(jī),并指出該說法出自《素問》,然而通過文獻(xiàn)學(xué)及詮釋學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),《素問》所說為"血并于下,氣并于上,亂而喜忘",與許叔微所言并不一致,許叔微屬過度詮釋。雖然"血在上則忘"是一種誤讀,但仍可以為中醫(yī)藥治療阿爾茨海默病的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供方向與思考。
[Abstract]:Xu Shuwei, a doctor of the Song Dynasty, explained the pathogenesis of the "love of forgetting" in the theory of febrile disease, and pointed out that it came from "the simple question". However, through the study of philology and hermeneutics, it was found that "blood is the same as the next." Qi and on, disorder and love to forget, "and Xu Shuwei said is not consistent, Xu Shuwei is over-interpretation. Although "blood is forgotten on the top" is a misreading, it can still provide direction and thinking for the experimental research on the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
