動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)心衰大鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ和醛固酮的影響

【摘要】:目的:以阿霉素所致的心衰大鼠模型為研究對(duì)象,在既往動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)心衰大鼠進(jìn)行力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上,模擬中醫(yī)康復(fù)療法中的動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),觀察其對(duì)心衰大鼠血管緊張素Ⅱ和醛固酮水平的影響,探索其對(duì)延緩心衰大鼠心肌重構(gòu)的作用機(jī)制,為具有中醫(yī)特色的動(dòng)靜結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)治療心力衰竭,提供客觀理論依據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法:取200-250g清潔級(jí)SD大鼠90只(雌雄各半),從中隨機(jī)選取15只作為空白組,其余大鼠通過腹腔注射阿霉素造模。在第6周末行超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查,測定左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)值,即EF50%表示心衰大鼠造模成功。將符合模型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的大鼠隨機(jī)分為模型組、實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組14只。造模成功后,模型組不進(jìn)行心臟康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行力竭運(yùn)動(dòng),實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行動(dòng)靜結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)。經(jīng)過6周康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練后測定心臟指數(shù)(CI)、血管緊張素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)水平。研究結(jié)果:(1)與模型組比較,對(duì)照組血管緊張素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)水平有明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),表示兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)均具有明顯效果;(2)與對(duì)照組比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組血管緊張素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)水平有明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),表示動(dòng)靜結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)較力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)效果更好,但血管緊張素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平仍未恢復(fù)到空白組水平(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)可以改善心衰大鼠的心功能,且效果優(yōu)于力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)。(2)動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)能降低心衰大鼠血清中血管緊張素II(Ang II)及醛固酮(ALD)水平,且優(yōu)于力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)。(3)動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)可在一定程度上延緩心力衰竭的進(jìn)程。(4)動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)為中醫(yī)康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)在動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方面提供了理論依據(jù),為臨床對(duì)心衰患者提供中醫(yī)特色的動(dòng)靜結(jié)合康復(fù)療法提供更客觀有力的研究證據(jù)。
