【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)1年來,遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科門診的血虛風(fēng)燥型濕疹患者進(jìn)行臨床觀察,研究濕疹2號(hào)方的臨床療效。材料與方法:本次選取的患者共63例,均來自于2013年12月—2014年9月就診于遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科門診,經(jīng)中醫(yī)辨證為血虛風(fēng)燥型濕疹,符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按照隨機(jī)表法分為治療組(濕疹2號(hào)方)和對(duì)照組(潤燥止癢膠囊),兩組均外用濕疹洗劑(自擬),治療組32例,對(duì)照組31例。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查包括:心電圖,血尿常規(guī),肝腎功能,嗜酸粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和血清總IgE,療程為60±2天。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)療效、皮膚損害指標(biāo)、瘙癢程度、相關(guān)化驗(yàn)指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組臨床療效比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)P0.05,濕疹2號(hào)總有效率為93.33%,潤燥止癢膠囊總有效率為73.33%,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.皮損面積治療后兩組進(jìn)行比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),P0.05,表明濕疹2號(hào)可減少濕疹的皮損面積。3.皮損形態(tài)治療后兩組進(jìn)行比較,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn),P0.05,表明濕疹2號(hào)可改善紅斑、脫屑、干燥、肥厚和皸裂等皮損狀態(tài)。4.瘙癢程度治療后兩組進(jìn)行比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),P0.05,表明濕疹2號(hào)可緩解患者的瘙癢癥狀。5.嗜酸粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和總IgE治療前后比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),P0.05,表明治療前后差別不明顯。治療前后兩組嗜酸粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)有改善的各占18.33%,20%;兩組總IgE組有改善的各占31.67%和50%。結(jié)論:1.濕疹2號(hào)方治療血虛風(fēng)燥型濕疹優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.濕疹2號(hào)方結(jié)合濕疹洗劑可改善皮膚受損的狀態(tài),并能顯著緩解患者的自覺癥狀。3.濕疹2號(hào)方和潤燥止癢膠囊均可在一定程度上可改善嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和血清總IgE指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of prescription No. 2 on eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type in dermatology department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine) for one year. Materials and methods: a total of 63 patients from December 2013 to September 2014 were admitted to the Department of Dermatology, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the random table method, the treatment group (eczema 2) and the control group (Runzao Zhitao capsule) were divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases). Both groups were treated with external eczema lotion (self-made). Laboratory examination included electrocardiogram, routine blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function, eosinophil count and total serum IgE, for 60 鹵2 days. Statistical method was used to analyze the curative effect, skin damage index, pruritus degree and related test index. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate of eczema 2 was 93.33 and the total effective rate of Runzao Zhiyang capsule was 73.33. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2. The results of rank sum test showed that eczema No. 2 could reduce the area of eczema. The results showed that eczema No. 2 could improve the lesion state of erythema, desquamation, dryness, hypertrophy and chapped by t test (P0.05). The degree of pruritus was compared between the two groups after treatment, and the rank sum test, P0.05, showed that eczema No. 2 alleviated itching symptoms in patients. 5. 5%. The number of eosinophils was compared with that of total IgE before and after treatment, and the rank sum test showed that there was no significant difference before and after treatment (P 0.05). The percentage of eosinophils in the two groups improved 18.3320% before and after treatment and 31.67% and 50% in the total IgE group respectively. Conclusion: 1. The treatment of eczema 2 was superior to that of the control group in the treatment of eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness. 2. Side 2 of eczema combined with eczema lotion can improve the condition of skin damage, and can significantly relieve the conscious symptoms of patients. Eczema 2 prescription and Runzao Zhiyang capsule can improve eosinophil count and serum total IgE index to some extent.
