【摘要】：目的:研究脈血康膠囊對急性腦梗死患者術后凝血功能、血管內(nèi)皮損傷及血清炎性相關因子的影響。方法:選取2012年7月至2016年2月于本院行選擇性動脈溶栓術的119例急性腦梗死患者作為研究對象,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組58例和對照組61例,對照組給予常規(guī)治療,觀察組在對照組治療基礎上口服脈血康膠囊,2組治療3個月分別檢測治療前后凝血功能指標、血管內(nèi)皮損傷指標及血清炎性因子水平。結果:觀察組總有效率(91.80%)顯著高于對照組(70.69%)。治療前,2組患者的凝血功能和指標(PT、TT、APTT、FIB)、血管內(nèi)皮損傷(ET-1、TXB_2、NO)及血清炎性因子(IL-6、TNF-α、CRP)水平比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療后,觀察組的PT、TT、APTT與治療前比較均顯著升高,而FIB較治療前無顯著性變化,其中觀察組的PT、TT均顯著高于同期的對照組,對照組的PT、TT、APTT和FIB較治療前無顯著性變化,觀察組的ET-1和TXB_2較治療前顯著降低,NO較治療前升高且顯著高于同期對照組。對照組的ET-1、TXB_2、NO較治療前無顯著性變化。,觀察組的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP較治療前顯著減低且分別顯著低于對照組,對照組IL-6、TNF-α較治療前顯著降低。結論:脈血康膠囊對腦梗死患者起到良好的療效,可有效恢復患者術后凝血功能、血管內(nèi)皮損傷,有效降低血清炎性因子水平,可作為急性腦梗死患者術后的輔助治療。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Mai Xue Kang capsule on coagulation function, vascular endothelial injury and serum inflammatory related factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 119 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent selective thrombolytic thrombolysis from July 2012 to February 2016 were divided into observation group (n = 58) and control group (n = 61). The observation group was treated with Mai Xue Kang capsule on the basis of the control group, and the coagulation function index, vascular endothelial injury index and serum inflammatory factor level were measured before and after treatment for 3 months in the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (91.80%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.69%). Before treatment, there were significant differences in coagulation function and index (PT,TT,APTT,FIB), vascular endothelial injury (ET-1,TXB_2,NO) and serum inflammatory factor (IL-6,TNF- 偽, CRP) between the two groups. After treatment, the PT,TT,APTT of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the FIB had no significant change. The PT,TT of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the PT,TT, of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant change in APTT and FIB. The ET-1 and TXB_2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and the NO was higher and higher than that in the control group. The IL-6,TNF- 偽 and CRP of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the IL-6,TNF- 偽 of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Maixuekang capsule has a good curative effect on patients with cerebral infarction, it can effectively restore the blood coagulation function, vascular endothelial injury, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, and can be used as an adjuvant treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction after operation.
