【摘要】：通過對甘姜苓術湯理法方藥分析得出腎著病的發(fā)病與五臟相關,其根本在腎;其臨床表現(xiàn)雖多,但均為腎陽不足、寒濕之邪侵犯腎之外府所致,用藥體現(xiàn)"見腎之病,知脾所傳,當先實脾""下病上取""先后天資生"等思想,這些思想無不與腎有關,故張仲景將該病命名為腎著病,是雜病臟腑辨證重要性的具體體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the prescription and medicine of Ganjiangling decoction, it is concluded that the incidence of renal disease is related to the five viscera organs, and its basic function is in the kidney; although it has many clinical manifestations, it is caused by the deficiency of kidney yang, the evil of cold and dampness invades the government outside the kidney, and the medication reflects the disease of the kidney. Knowing the spleen and passing on, when the first solid spleen "lower disease", "successively natural talent" and other ideas, all these thoughts are related to the kidney, so Zhang Zhongjing named the disease as kidney disease, it is a specific manifestation of the importance of syndrome differentiation of miscellaneous diseases of the zang-fu organs.
