【摘要】：目的:本課題通過(guò)臨床觀察五加安神飲治療心腎不交型不寐患者的臨床療效,并對(duì)其治療機(jī)理進(jìn)行討論,以期為中醫(yī)臨床治療不寐提供新的思路。方法:收集50例心腎不交型不寐患者隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照組各25例。治療組口服五加安神飲,對(duì)照組口服烏靈膠囊,療程為28天。以匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)評(píng)分、中醫(yī)證候積分為臨床觀察指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)五加安神飲治療心腎不交型不寐的臨床療效。結(jié)果:經(jīng)治療兩個(gè)療程后,治療組總有效率、PSQI積分、中醫(yī)證候積分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。說(shuō)明治療組在改善睡眠質(zhì)量及中醫(yī)證候方面療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。兩組治療后及隨訪3個(gè)月后總有效率進(jìn)行比較,治療組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。說(shuō)明治療組遠(yuǎn)期療效穩(wěn)定,優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:五加安神飲能明顯改善心腎不交型不寐患者的睡眠質(zhì)量及中醫(yī)證候且遠(yuǎn)期療效穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Wujia Anshenyin in treating insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type and discuss its therapeutic mechanism in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 50 patients with heart-kidney disjoint insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The treatment group was treated with Wujia Anshen decoction and the control group with Wuling capsule for 28 days. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wujia Anshen Yin in treating insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type, Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) score and TCM syndrome score were used as clinical observation index. Results: after two courses of treatment, the total effective rate, PSQI score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). It showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving sleep quality and TCM syndrome. After treatment and follow up for 3 months, the total effective rate of the two groups were compared, the difference of the treatment group was not statistically significant (P0.05), the difference of the control group was statistically significant (P0.05). It indicated that the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was stable and superior to the control group. Conclusion: Wujia Anshen decoction can obviously improve sleep quality and TCM syndrome of patients with insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type, and the long term curative effect is stable.
