【摘要】：腧穴配伍是針灸處方的重要組成部分,是實現(xiàn)針灸療效的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),其效應存在協(xié)同與拮抗兩個方面,文章主要就腧穴配伍的協(xié)同效應機制進行深入探討�；谇捌谘芯康幕A,提出中樞整合是腧穴配伍協(xié)同效應的關鍵機制。通過總結當前腧穴配伍協(xié)同效應機制研究現(xiàn)狀,以"腦功能網(wǎng)絡連接"分析為切入點,進一步探討穴位配伍協(xié)同效應的高級中樞整合機制,為闡明穴位配伍效應機制奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:The compatibility of acupoints is an important part of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription and a key link to achieve the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. There are two aspects in the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of synergistic effect of acupoint compatibility. Based on the previous studies, it is suggested that central integration is the key mechanism of acupoint compatibility. Through summing up the current situation of the research on the mechanism of acupoint compatibility synergism, and taking the analysis of "brain functional network connection" as the starting point, this paper further discusses the advanced central integration mechanism of the acupoint compatibility synergy effect, and lays a foundation for elucidating the acupoint compatibility effect mechanism.
