【摘要】：目的:益腎理血方是王秀霞教授在臨床中用于治療免疫性不孕癥的有效方劑。本文通過臨床觀察益腎理血方對(duì)不孕四項(xiàng)轉(zhuǎn)陰情況、妊娠率和中醫(yī)臨床癥狀改善情況的影響,探討益腎理血方治療腎虛血瘀型免疫性不孕癥(四項(xiàng)抗體陽(yáng)性)的臨床療效,為其應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法:本課題選擇治療前后對(duì)照研究的方式,將收集到的與納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相符的75例腎虛血瘀型免疫性不孕癥患者,給予益腎理血方服用,每日1劑,早晚飯后溫服。每個(gè)療程為期1個(gè)月,共治療3個(gè)療程。每個(gè)療程結(jié)束后,檢測(cè)(采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn))患者血清中AsAb、EmAb、AcAb、AoAb的含量。未轉(zhuǎn)陰者和轉(zhuǎn)陰后復(fù)發(fā)者進(jìn)入下一療程治療,若轉(zhuǎn)陰者則需進(jìn)行鞏固治療半個(gè)月。停藥后隨訪半年,觀察妊娠情況、中醫(yī)臨床癥狀改善情況及臨床綜合療效情況。結(jié)果采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1、經(jīng)3個(gè)療程治療后,中醫(yī)癥候臨床療效的總有效率是84.00%。治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀總積分及各單項(xiàng)癥狀積分進(jìn)行對(duì)比,經(jīng)兩配對(duì)樣本非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)分析,均P0.01,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2、經(jīng)治療后,AsAb、AcAb、EmAb、AoAb轉(zhuǎn)陰率經(jīng)過X2檢驗(yàn),差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3、經(jīng)治療后,患者妊娠率為65.33%。4、統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析數(shù)據(jù)可知疾病總有效率為90.67%。以上結(jié)果均說(shuō)明,益腎理血方對(duì)于腎虛血瘀型免疫性不孕癥的治療效果較好。結(jié)論:1、益腎理血方能夠有效促進(jìn)腎虛血瘀型免疫性不孕癥患者血清中AsAb、EmAb、AcAb、AoAb轉(zhuǎn)陰,改善妊娠情況。2、益腎理血方能有效改善或消除免疫性不孕癥患者腎虛血瘀的臨床癥狀,降低中醫(yī)癥狀積分。3、益腎理血方是治療腎虛血瘀型免疫性不孕癥效果確切的方劑之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: Yishen Lixue prescription is an effective prescription for the treatment of immune infertility by Professor Wang Xiuxia. Through clinical observation of the effects of Yishen Lixue recipe on the negative conversion of infertility, pregnancy rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM, the clinical efficacy of Yishen Lixue recipe in treating immune infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type (positive for four antibodies) was discussed. To provide the basis for its application. Methods: in this study, 75 cases of immune infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were treated with Yishen Lixue recipe, 1 dose per day, and 1 dose per day, after morning and evening, which were consistent with the standard of inclusion and exclusion, and 75 cases of immune infertility with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis were selected as control study before and after treatment. Each course of treatment lasted for 1 month, a total of 3 courses of treatment. At the end of each course, serum AsAb,EmAb,AcAb,AoAb levels were measured (using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Those who did not turn negative and recrudesced after turning negative entered the next course of treatment, and those who turned negative needed to be consolidated for half a month. Follow up for half a year, observe pregnancy, improve clinical symptoms of TCM and clinical comprehensive curative effect. Results Statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1, after three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical curative effect of TCM symptom was 84.00. Before and after treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms and the scores of individual symptoms were compared. The results of non-parametric analysis of two paired samples showed that there was statistical significance. 2. After treatment, the negative rate of AsAb,AcAb,EmAb,AoAb was tested by X2 test. The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). 3 after treatment, the pregnancy rate of the patients was 65.33 and .4.The total effective rate of the disease was 90.67. The above results indicate that Yishen Lixue prescription is effective in the treatment of immune infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Conclusion: 1. Yishen Lixue prescription can effectively promote AsAb,EmAb,AcAb,AoAb negative in serum of patients with immune infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and improve pregnancy. 2. Yishen Lixue prescription can effectively improve or eliminate the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in immune infertility. Reduce TCM symptom score. 3, Yishen Lixue prescription is one of the exact prescriptions for the treatment of immune infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
