【摘要】：《證論精微》是清初名醫(yī)馬元儀所著的醫(yī)論類(lèi)著作,現(xiàn)僅存的民國(guó)抄本藏于上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)圖書(shū)館。全書(shū)1卷,載醫(yī)論33篇,擷取歷家精華,結(jié)合其50余年臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)求精啟微,從病因脈證、治法方藥等方面逐一闡釋�！蹲C論精微》重視病源病機(jī)的分析,理法有度、穩(wěn)中求新,診治閉結(jié)、咳嗽、腰痛、健忘等病證均有獨(dú)到見(jiàn)解,對(duì)于當(dāng)今中醫(yī)臨床仍具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It is a kind of medical works written by Ma Yuanyi, a famous doctor in the early Qing Dynasty. The only copy of the Republic of China is in the library of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The book contains one volume, 33 articles of medical theory, retrieves the essence of the historian, and combines its experience of more than 50 years of clinical syndromes to seek refinement and refinement, and to explain one by one from the aspects of etiology and pulse syndrome, prescription and medicine of treatment, etc. [syndrome theory] pays more attention to the analysis of pathogeny and pathogenesis, rationalizing the methods and seeking new ones in a steady and steady way.
