【摘要】：目的:利用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)2.5”對(duì)國(guó)家級(jí)名老中醫(yī)浦家祚教授治療不寐的用藥進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,總結(jié)其處方規(guī)律,探討其治療不寐的獨(dú)到經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后臨證治療不寐提供參考。方法:收集近3年國(guó)家級(jí)名老中醫(yī)浦家祚教授門診治療不寐的處方225首,將其錄入中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái),應(yīng)用軟件集成的規(guī)則分析、改進(jìn)的互信息法、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類、無監(jiān)督的熵層次聚類等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,挖掘浦家祚教授治療不寐的用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:對(duì)篩選出的225首處方,166味中藥進(jìn)行用藥頻次及組方規(guī)律分析,并將其分為肝胃不和、心腎不交、肝血不足三種證型,對(duì)各證型分別進(jìn)行用藥頻次及組方規(guī)律分析,共演化得到核心組合74個(gè)、新處方37個(gè)。結(jié)論:通過對(duì)浦家祚教授治療不寐的用藥進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出了浦家祚教授治療不寐以補(bǔ)虛藥、清熱藥、解表藥、安神藥、化痰止咳平喘藥為主。體現(xiàn)了浦家祚教授治療不寐重視辨虛實(shí)、重視辨臟腑氣血,重視調(diào)和法的應(yīng)用,重視酸棗仁的應(yīng)用,得出了浦家祚教授臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)藥對(duì),分析出浦家祚教授治療不寐常見分型:肝胃不和、心腎不交、肝血不足證型的常用方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the data of professor pu Jiazuo's treatment of insomnia, summarize its prescription rule, and discuss its unique experience in treating insomnia. For the future clinical treatment of insomnia to provide reference. Methods: 225 prescriptions of Professor Pu Jiazuo, a famous old Chinese medicine, were collected in the past three years for the treatment of insomnia. The prescriptions were input into the Chinese medicine inheritance support platform, the rule analysis of software integration, the improved mutual information method, and the entropy clustering of complex systems were used. Unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods are used to excavate Professor Pujiazuo's experience in the treatment of insomnia. Results: two hundred and twenty-five prescriptions were divided into three syndromes: disharmony of liver and stomach, heart and kidney, deficiency of liver and blood. Coevolution resulted in 74 core combinations and 37 new prescriptions. Conclusion: based on the data analysis of professor pu Jiazuo's treatment of insomnia, it is concluded that professor pu jiazuo's treatment of insomnia is mainly composed of tonifying and deficiency medicine, heat clearing medicine, antiapparent medicine, tranquilizing spirit medicine, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and relieving asthma. Professor Pujiazuo's treatment of insomnia pays attention to the differentiation of deficiency and reality, to the differentiation of zang-fu qi and blood, to the application of harmony method, to the application of jujube, and to the empirical medicine of Professor Pujiazuo's clinical syndrome. The common types of professor Pujiazuo in the treatment of insomnia were analyzed: liver and stomach disharmony, heart and kidney disunion, liver and blood deficiency syndrome.
