【摘要】：基于慢性復(fù)雜性疾病"絡(luò)虛邪瘀"理論,探討器官纖維化中醫(yī)病因病機(jī),從絡(luò)病角度提出"臟絡(luò)虛損,痰瘀熱毒阻絡(luò)"為器官纖維化的共性病機(jī)。在絡(luò)病"承制調(diào)平"核心理論指導(dǎo)下結(jié)合器官纖維化臨床特點(diǎn)提出"補(bǔ)虛通絡(luò)貫始終,分期論治是關(guān)鍵,以調(diào)為要平為期"的中醫(yī)治療方法,為器官纖維化的中醫(yī)臨床診治提供思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of "collaterals deficiency and pathogenic stasis", this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of organ fibrosis in TCM. From the point of view of collateral disease, it puts forward that "deficiency of collaterals and dampness of collaterals and phlegm and stasis of heat and toxin blocking collaterals" are the common pathogenesis of organ fibrosis. Under the guidance of the core theory of "making and leveling the collateral disease" and combining with the clinical characteristics of organ fibrosis, this paper puts forward the TCM treatment method of "tonifying deficiency and unblocking collaterals all the time, and treating it by stages, with the aim of regulating it for a period of time". To provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of organ fibrosis.
