【摘要】：婦人產(chǎn)后容易新生多種疾病,中醫(yī)診斷產(chǎn)后病的3項(xiàng)觀察內(nèi)容,包括先審小腹痛與不痛,以辨有無(wú)惡露的停滯;次審大便通與不通,以驗(yàn)津液之盛衰;三審乳汁的行與不行及飲食之多少,以查胃氣的強(qiáng)弱。然產(chǎn)后失眠是危害女性身心健康的常見(jiàn)疾病,歷來(lái)容易被患者及其家屬甚至醫(yī)者忽略,王平教授認(rèn)為產(chǎn)后失眠應(yīng)該引起重視,保證足夠的睡眠對(duì)產(chǎn)婦和新生兒都有十分積極的意義,同時(shí)元?dú)馓澨�、心神失養(yǎng)是產(chǎn)后失眠的根本病機(jī),治療當(dāng)以培元安神為基本治療原則,常選用保元湯、大補(bǔ)元煎、左歸丸、右歸丸、龜鹿二仙膠、當(dāng)歸補(bǔ)血湯、歸脾湯、四君子湯為主方合酸棗仁湯隨癥加減,使元?dú)獬渥恪⑿纳竦灭B(yǎng),夜寐乃安。文章列舉王教授臨證驗(yàn)案1則及用藥特色。

The treatment should be based on the basic principle of nourishing the mind and nourishing the mind. Zuo Gui Pill, right Gui Pill, Gui Erxian Jiao, Danggui Buxue decoction, Guipi decoction, Sijunzi decoction and Suanzaoren decoction are added or subtracted with syndrome, so that the vital energy is sufficient, the heart spirit is raised, and the night sleep is safe. This article enumerates Professor Wang's clinical certificate inspection case 1 and the medication characteristic.
