【摘要】：目的：本文主要從文獻及臨床研究方面來觀察肝經(jīng)子母配穴針刺法治療肝郁氣滯型煙草依賴的臨床有效性及作用機制,同時通過比較兩組不同方法在治療煙草依賴上的效果,為日后的臨床治療提供新思路。方法：將60例符合診斷和納入標準的煙草依賴患者,按其就診的順序隨機分組,治療組(30例)和對照組(30例)。治療組采用肝經(jīng)子母配穴針刺法,對照組采用常規(guī)針刺法。兩組患者每天治療1次,每次40分鐘,一周治療6天,休息1天,2周為1療程,對兩組患者在治療前、治療后及治療后三月隨訪進行中醫(yī)癥狀評分、吸煙強度指數(shù)評分、煙草依賴測試表及煙草依賴自評量表評分,整理并統(tǒng)計后,進行療效評估。結果：治療前對兩組患者在性別、年齡、煙齡、每日平均吸煙量、中醫(yī)癥狀評分、吸煙強度指數(shù)評分、煙草依賴評分及煙草依賴自評量表上比較無明顯性差異,提示兩組樣本具有可比性。兩組治療后及隨訪的各項評分與療前比較均有顯著性差異(P0.01),提示兩種方法均有效,但治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。兩組試驗者治療1療程及三個月隨訪時與治療前相比均有治療效果,但隨訪時評分均低于治療1療程后,表明兩種方法在治療煙草依賴上均有效,但均有復吸,且治療組復吸低于對照組(P0.05)。總體療效上結果顯示在改善煙草依賴的效果上治療組療效更顯著(P0.05),從3個月后隨訪上看,說明治療組在戒除與復吸的長遠療效上優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論：肝經(jīng)子母配穴針刺法治療肝郁氣滯型煙草依賴具有確切療效,與對照治療相比有更高的戒煙效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of treatment of tobacco dependence with liver stagnation and qi stagnation by combining acupoint acupuncture with Gan Meridian Zimu point from literature and clinical research. At the same time, the effect of two different methods on tobacco dependence was compared. To provide new ideas for future clinical treatment. Methods: 60 patients with tobacco dependence were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with liver meridian mother and acupoint acupuncture, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Patients in the two groups were treated once a day for 40 minutes, 6 days a week for 6 days, and 1 day for 2 weeks as a course of treatment. The patients in both groups were followed up before, after and after treatment for TCM symptom score and smoking intensity index score. Tobacco dependence test form and self-rating scale of tobacco dependence score, collate and statistics, then evaluate the efficacy. Results: there were no significant differences in sex, age, smoking age, average daily smoking volume, TCM symptom score, smoking intensity index score, tobacco dependence score and tobacco dependence self-rating scale between the two groups before treatment. The results suggest that the two groups of samples are comparable. There were significant differences in the scores after treatment and follow-up between the two groups (P0.01), indicating that the two methods were effective, but the treatment group was better than the control group (P0.05). Patients in both groups were treated for one course and three months after treatment, but the scores at the follow-up were lower than those after one course of treatment, indicating that the two methods were effective in the treatment of tobacco dependence, but both had relapse. The relapse in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The results showed that the treatment group was more effective than the control group in improving tobacco dependence (P0.05). From the follow-up of 3 months, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the long-term effect of abstinence and relapse (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of tobacco dependence with liver stagnation and qi stagnation by combining acupoint acupuncture with Gan meridian daughter has definite curative effect and has higher smoking cessation effect than that of control therapy.
