《內經》中“神”的內涵及應用研究

【摘要】:研究目的:討論《內經》中“神”的內涵及其應用。研究方法:采用文獻梳理以及理論研究的方法對《內經》之“神”內涵進行溯源、考釋,并對“神”的應用進行考究。研究成果:1.從“神”之寫形以及后世對“神”之釋義,可知:“神”本字為“申”,本義應為自然閃電;“示”與“申”構成“神”字,其內涵有神性和哲學性兩種傾向。2.不同社會背景下,“神”內涵經歷了由神性之“神”到哲學之“神”,再到醫(yī)學之“神”的轉變,儒道之學對其轉變起關鍵性作用,《內經》將“神”引入醫(yī)學領域,并確定了“神”的實在性。3.對《內經》之“神”內涵梳理,進一步對“神”與生命基本要素以及五臟關系分析后,提出:《內經》中人體之“神”核心內涵為生命活動規(guī)律,是以精氣血津液等精微物質為基礎,基于臟腑功能活動基礎上自然發(fā)生的生命活動規(guī)律,同時,“神”是人區(qū)別于其他物種的特有的生命現(xiàn)象,故《內經》非常重視“神”,中醫(yī)治療疾病時以“神”為核心。4.《內經》通過“神”來構建其生命觀:以“神”之有無探討生命之終始,以“神”形合一說明生命之結構,以“神”氣互用闡釋生命之運動,以“神”之表象表達生命狀態(tài)。5.哲學之“神”揭示了物“象”變化背后的內在機制,中醫(yī)之“神”反映的是生命活動之象變化的內在機理,“神”被用于闡釋人體生命規(guī)律。6.以“神”建立中醫(yī)防治之理念:“神”是人體內在臟腑的自我調節(jié)機制,“神”調不能是疾病發(fā)生的根本原因,疾病彰顯于“神”的異常,“神不使”是治療無效的原由,使“神”應是中醫(yī)防治疾病之關鍵。研究結論:《內經》中人體之“神”核心內涵是生命活動規(guī)律;“神”被用于構建生命觀、闡釋生命規(guī)律以及中醫(yī)防治疾病等命題;《內經》對“神”的應用和重視揭示了中醫(yī)理論體系特征,昭示了中醫(yī)順其自然、以人為本、重視時間、關注氣化的思維方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to discuss the connotation and application of "God" in Internal Classic. Research methods: by means of literature combing and theoretical research, the connotation of "God" in the Internal Classic was traced and explained, and the application of "God" was studied. Research results: 1. From the writing form of "God" and the interpretation of "God" from later generations, we can know that the word "God" is "Shen", the original meaning should be "natural lightning", "show" and "Shen" constitute the word "God", its connotation has two tendencies of divinity and philosophy. In different social backgrounds, the connotation of "God" experienced the transformation from "God" of divinity to "God" of philosophy and then to "God" of medicine. Confucianism and Taoism played a key role in the transformation, and "God" was introduced into the field of medicine. And determined the "God" of the reality. After combing the connotation of "God" in the Internal Classic, and further analyzing the relationship between "God" and the basic elements of life and the five internal organs, it is pointed out that the core connotation of "God" in the "Inner Classic" is the law of life activity. It is based on essence, qi, blood, body fluid and other fine substances, and on the basis of the function of the viscera. At the same time, "God" is a unique life phenomenon that distinguishes man from other species. Therefore, the "Internal Classic" attaches great importance to "God". The Internal Classic constructs its view of life through "God": to explore the end of life with the existence of "God", to explain the structure of life with the form of "God", and to explain the movement of life with the mutual use of "God" and Qi. Express the state of life with the appearance of God. The "God" of philosophy reveals the internal mechanism behind the change of the "image" of things, the "God" of TCM reflects the internal mechanism of the change of the image of life activity, and "God" is used to explain the law of human life. Using "God" to establish the concept of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and cure: "God" is the self-regulating mechanism in the internal organs of the human body, "God" regulation cannot be the fundamental cause of disease, disease is manifested in the abnormality of "God", "God does not make" is the original reason of ineffective treatment. Making "God" should be the key to prevent and cure diseases in TCM. The conclusion of the study is that the core connotation of "God" in the Inner Classic is the law of life activity, and that "God" is used to construct the view of life. The application of the Internal Classic to "God" and the importance attached to the application of "God" revealed the characteristics of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which revealed the thinking mode of letting the nature go by, putting people first, attaching importance to time and paying attention to gasification.
