【摘要】：中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學是一門古老而又年輕的學科,受其形成過程中特定歷史條件的限制,尚未盡善盡美,如何運用現(xiàn)代科學技術(shù)成果,使其更加完整、更加科學化,尚需作深入的探討。此外,還有很多散在民間的養(yǎng)生經(jīng)驗方法和措施,有待進一步收集、整理和提高。要讓包括中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學在內(nèi)的中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)薪盡火傳,我們不僅要繼承先人養(yǎng)生的寶貴遺產(chǎn),更應(yīng)與時俱進,綜合運用現(xiàn)代科學方法和手段,進一步充實、豐富、發(fā)展、完善中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學。具體應(yīng)做到以下三方面:一是系統(tǒng)發(fā)掘、整理、研究、總結(jié)、提高傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生理論和方法;二是對現(xiàn)存的養(yǎng)生方法進行甄別分類,對其有效的方法進行分析研究,并探究其實質(zhì);三是結(jié)合當今醫(yī)學傾向,以個體化養(yǎng)生為切入點,探索確立適用于不同群體及個體化的養(yǎng)生保健體系,并初步確定相應(yīng)的評價測量體系,以不斷推動中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學向科學化,可持續(xù)化良性發(fā)展,首當其沖的是科學全面地認識中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine is an ancient and young subject, limited by the specific historical conditions in its formation, it is not perfect. How to use modern scientific and technological achievements to make it more complete and more scientific, still need to be deeply discussed. In addition, there are many scattered in the folk health-preserving experience and measures, to be further collected, collated and improved. In order to make the cause of traditional Chinese medicine, including the science of traditional Chinese medicine, live up to the fire, we should not only inherit the precious legacy of our ancestors, but also keep pace with the times and make comprehensive use of modern scientific methods and means to further enrich, and develop. We will improve the science of health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine. We should do the following three aspects: first, systematically explore, organize, study, summarize and improve the traditional health theory and methods; second, identify and classify the existing methods of health preservation, analyze and study their effective methods, and explore their essence; Third, combining the current medical tendency, taking individualized health preservation as the starting point, exploring the establishment of a health care system suitable for different groups and individualized health care, and preliminarily determining the corresponding evaluation and measurement system, so as to continuously promote the scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine in keeping in good health. Sustainable and benign development, the first is to fully understand the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine science of health.
