【摘要】：目的:對(duì)瑤藥長(zhǎng)蕊五味藤進(jìn)行定性定量研究,制定質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:采用性狀、顯微和薄層色譜法對(duì)長(zhǎng)蕊五味藤進(jìn)行定性鑒別,參照《中華人民共和國(guó)藥典》方法進(jìn)行檢查和浸出物項(xiàng)目測(cè)定,采用高效液相色譜法測(cè)定長(zhǎng)蕊五味藤中五味子醇乙含量。結(jié)果:各鑒別方法專屬性強(qiáng),五味子醇乙在進(jìn)樣量為2.0-300.0ng范圍內(nèi)與高效液相色譜峰面積呈良好線性關(guān)系。結(jié)論:建立的方法簡(jiǎn)便,準(zhǔn)確,可有效控制長(zhǎng)蕊五味藤藥材的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study qualitatively and quantificationally on Ligophyllum lanceolata, and to establish the quality standard. Methods: the character, micrograph and TLC were used to qualitatively identify Rhizoma longissima, and the method of "Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China" was used to check and determine the items of extract. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of Schisandrin in Rhizoma Lonicae. Results: the specificity of each identification method was strong. There was a good linear relationship between Schisandrin and the peak area of HPLC in the range of 2.0-300.0ng. Conclusion: the established method is simple and accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Rhizoma Ligophyllum.
