【摘要】：目的:本研究著眼于特定范圍內(nèi)對(duì)壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語進(jìn)行英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化探索,擬制定壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語漢英對(duì)照表,為構(gòu)建壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與規(guī)范化提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù),從而推動(dòng)壯醫(yī)藥學(xué)及其文化在國(guó)外的傳播。方法:顧及壯醫(yī)藥與中醫(yī)藥相似相聯(lián),又與藏、傣、蒙等同屬祖國(guó)民族醫(yī)藥學(xué),本研究以《西太平洋地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)名詞術(shù)語國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(ISTTM)和《中醫(yī)基本名詞術(shù)語中英對(duì)照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(ISNCM)作為主要參考,輔以借鑒藏、傣、蒙等民族醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯研究階段性成果,通過對(duì)術(shù)語的篩選、分類、管理以及英譯原則和英譯方法等對(duì)壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語的英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)行研究和探討。首先,本研究依據(jù)科學(xué)性、地域性和前瞻性三大原則從廣西民族出版社出版的《壯醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論》、《壯醫(yī)診斷學(xué)》等12本系列教材及其他相關(guān)的壯醫(yī)藥學(xué)書籍中篩選出200個(gè)基礎(chǔ)類和臨床類壯醫(yī)藥術(shù)語;其次,對(duì)所篩選的中文術(shù)語按照術(shù)語間的層級(jí)關(guān)系、術(shù)語種屬和語法結(jié)構(gòu)以及術(shù)語學(xué)科獨(dú)特性三方面進(jìn)行分類,并擬制表格對(duì)術(shù)語進(jìn)行管理;同時(shí),參照中醫(yī)藥以及其他民族醫(yī)藥的英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn),總結(jié)出適用于壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯的原則和方法,即對(duì)應(yīng)性、民族性、回譯性和約定俗成四大英譯原則,以及直譯、意譯和音譯三大譯法。在四項(xiàng)英譯原則的指導(dǎo)下,在充分理解術(shù)語的基礎(chǔ)上,有機(jī)結(jié)合運(yùn)用三種譯法對(duì)200個(gè)術(shù)語進(jìn)行英譯;最后,通過從術(shù)語屬性、語法結(jié)構(gòu)、術(shù)語內(nèi)涵等角度對(duì)學(xué)科、書籍、理論、基本物質(zhì)、內(nèi)臟、經(jīng)絡(luò)、疾病、診法、脈象、證型、病因、病機(jī)、預(yù)防、治則、治法、點(diǎn)灸操作、點(diǎn)灸火候、壯藥、壯藥配伍、用藥禁忌、藥味等21類術(shù)語的英譯進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯的一般規(guī)律,同時(shí),也對(duì)其中富含民族文化內(nèi)涵的特色術(shù)語英譯的處理作大致探討。結(jié)果:通過英譯實(shí)踐與實(shí)例分析,四項(xiàng)原則與三大譯法基本適用于壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究,在譯文中呈現(xiàn)出較好的效果,并擬定《壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語漢英對(duì)照管理樣表》(200個(gè))。結(jié)論:1、“《壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語漢英對(duì)照管理樣表》(200個(gè))”在現(xiàn)階段的壯醫(yī)藥對(duì)外交流中具有一定的實(shí)用性和推廣價(jià)值;2、壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究的每一環(huán)節(jié)須遵循“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的一貫性;3、壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語的初次探索研究須根據(jù)自身實(shí)際,并在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上制定出適用的研究方案。4、參與壯醫(yī)藥名詞術(shù)語英譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究的譯者須同時(shí)具備良好的醫(yī)學(xué)水平以及熟練的英譯能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study aims at exploring the standardization of the translation of Zhuang medical terms into English within a specific scope, and intends to establish a Chinese-English comparison table of Zhuang medical terms, so as to provide a basis for the standardization and standardization of Zhuang medical terms in English translation. So as to promote the spread of Zhuang medicine and its culture in foreign countries. Methods: taking into account the similar relationship between Zhuang medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the national medicine of Tibet, Dai, Mongolia and so on, The main reference of this study is (ISTTM) and (ISNCM), supplemented by Tibetan and Dai. This paper studies the standardization of the English translation of Zhuang medical noun terms through the selection, classification, management, principles and methods of English translation. First of all, this study is based on scientific, The three principles of regionality and foresight are to screen 200 basic and clinical Zhuang medicine terms from 12 textbooks published by Guangxi National Publishing House, such as basic Theory of Zhuang Medicine, Diagnostics of Zhuang Medicine, and other relevant books on Zhuang Medicine and Pharmacy. The selected Chinese terms are classified according to the hierarchical relationship between the terms, the category and grammatical structure of the terms and the uniqueness of the terminology subject, and a table is prepared to manage the terms; at the same time, Referring to the English translation standards of traditional Chinese medicine and other national medicine, the principles and methods applicable to the English translation of Zhuang medical terms are summarized, that is, the principles of correspondence, nationality, retranslation and stereotyping into four major English translation principles, as well as literal translation. Three major translation methods: free translation and transliteration. Under the guidance of the four Xiang Ying translation principles and on the basis of fully understanding the terms, the author organically uses three translation methods to translate 200 terms into English. Finally, from the angle of term attribute, grammatical structure, term connotation and so on, the author tries to analyze the subject, book, theory, etc. The English translation of 21 kinds of terms such as basic substance, viscera, meridian, disease, diagnosis, pulse, syndrome, etiology, pathogenesis, prevention, principle of treatment, treatment method, moxibustion operation, moxibustion on fire, compatibility of strong medicine, contraindication of medicine, medicinal taste, etc. The general rules of translating Zhuang medical terms into English are summarized, and the treatment of English translation of distinctive terms rich in national culture is also discussed. Results: based on the practice and case study, the four principles and the three major translation methods can be applied to the standardization of the translation of Zhuang medical terms, and show good results in the translation. And draw up the "Zhuang medicine noun Chinese and English contrast management sample table" (200). Conclusion 1, "Chinese-English comparative management list of Zhuang medical terms" (200) has certain practicability and popularization value in the current communication of Zhuang medicine. 2. Every link of standardization study on the translation of Zhuang medical noun into English The consistency of the "standard" must be followed, and the initial exploration of the terms of Zhuang medical terms should be based on its own reality. On the basis of the existing research results, a suitable research scheme. 4. Translators involved in the standardization of the translation of Zhuang medical terms into English must have good medical proficiency and proficiency in English translation at the same time.
