【摘要】：目的：本次實(shí)驗(yàn)采取隨機(jī)對(duì)照原則,對(duì)穴位貼敷療法的臨床試驗(yàn),進(jìn)行了客觀、科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià),試圖尋找一種新的安全、舒適、接受度廣的常規(guī)治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療手段。材料與方法：選取沈陽(yáng)市骨科醫(yī)院骨傷一病房的門診確診為風(fēng)寒濕痹型骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者60例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)對(duì)照原則,將患者隨機(jī)分為2組,即口服洛索洛芬鈉加穴位貼敷(安慰劑)組,穴位貼敷加洛索洛芬鈉聯(lián)合貼敷組,進(jìn)行為期3周的臨床治療觀察,治療前后進(jìn)行VAS疼痛評(píng)分、WOMAC評(píng)分、體征評(píng)分測(cè)定,后將數(shù)據(jù)輸入SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件中,計(jì)算有無相關(guān)性,并分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。結(jié)果：1.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果在提高生活質(zhì)量方面即WOMAC評(píng)分,兩組組內(nèi)比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),貼敷組優(yōu)于安慰劑組2.疼痛指數(shù)為患者自身的感覺的評(píng)分,根據(jù)VAS評(píng)分統(tǒng)計(jì),兩組有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),貼敷組優(yōu)于安慰劑組。3.在改善體征方面,兩組較治療前均有所改善(P0.05),兩組間治療后比較無明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1.穴位貼敷聯(lián)合洛索洛芬鈉片對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎有著明確的治療作用。2.在緩解疼痛方面,洛索洛芬鈉片和穴位貼敷聯(lián)合洛索洛芬鈉片對(duì)疼痛的緩解有著較好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。3.在改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能方面,穴位貼敷對(duì)比洛索洛芬鈉片有著明確優(yōu)勢(shì)。4.在減輕體征方面,兩組組無明顯差異。5.綜上所述,穴位貼敷是一種可以較為良好的改善膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)情況、減輕疼痛的作用,為治療KOA又增添了一種新的治療方案,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: the aim of this experiment was to evaluate the clinical trial of acupoint sticking therapy by random control, and to find a new safe, comfortable and widely accepted routine treatment method for knee osteoarthritis. Materials and methods: sixty patients with rheumatism and dampness arthralgia were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random control. That is, oral losuprofen sodium plus acupoint application (placebo) group, acupoint application plus losuprofen sodium combined application group, clinical treatment observation for 3 weeks, VAS pain score and physical sign score before and after treatment. Then the data were input into the SPSS19.0 statistical software to calculate the correlation, and the experimental results were analyzed. The result is 1: 1. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving the quality of life (WOMAC score) (P0.05), and the application group was better than the placebo group (2. 5%). The pain index is the score of the patient's own feeling, according to the VAS score statistics, there is a statistical difference between the two groups (P0.05), the application group is better than the placebo group. 3. In the improvement of physical signs, the two groups were improved before treatment (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion 1. Acupoint application combined with losuprofen sodium tablets has a definite therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis. In terms of pain relief, losuprofen sodium tablets and acupoint application combined with losuprofen sodium tablets have a good advantage in pain relief. 3. In improving the function of knee joint, acupoint application has a clear advantage over iosoprofen sodium tablets. 4. There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing physical signs. To sum up, acupoint application is a better way to improve the knee joint motion and relieve pain. It adds a new treatment scheme for KOA, which is worth popularizing.
