【摘要】：基于絡(luò)病理論,闡述肺絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能特點(diǎn),從整體功能模式、結(jié)構(gòu)功能關(guān)系等角度入手,分析肺絡(luò)構(gòu)效理論對于肺主氣、主通調(diào)水道、主宣發(fā)肅降、主治節(jié)等生理的調(diào)控內(nèi)容,結(jié)合歷代文獻(xiàn)及醫(yī)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理,探討其生理病理意義,為進(jìn)一步探索肺絡(luò)構(gòu)效理論現(xiàn)代內(nèi)涵、辨證防治慢性肺系疾病奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of collateral disease, this paper expounds the structure and function of the lung collaterals, starting with the overall functional model and structure-functional relationship, analyzes the effects of the theory of the structure of the lung collaterals on the control of lung qi, the main channel of water diversion, and the principle of propaganda and purging. Combined with the literature of past dynasties and the experience of doctors, the physiological and pathological significance of the main treatment section and other physiological regulation contents were discussed, which laid a foundation for further exploring the modern connotation of the theory of lung collaterals and structuring effect and differentiating symptoms and preventing and treating chronic pulmonary diseases.
