【摘要】：心腎綜合征是指心臟與腎臟均出現(xiàn)功能障礙的疾病,其發(fā)病涉及心、腎兩臟,由心及腎,或由腎及心,或心腎同病,故治療時應(yīng)兩者兼顧。目前單純西醫(yī)治療并未取得較好療效,患者生活質(zhì)量及臨床獲益較差。相比之下,中醫(yī)學(xué)從"心腎相關(guān)"理論認(rèn)識心腎同病歷史悠久,相關(guān)方劑的治療作用不僅被研究證實(shí),更能在臨床上取效。因此,從傳統(tǒng)"心腎相關(guān)"思路探討心腎綜合征(尤其是Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)的證治具有十分重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
