正交試驗優(yōu)化余甘子配方顆粒的提取工藝研究

【摘要】:目的:優(yōu)化余甘子配方顆粒的提取工藝。方法:以沒食子酸含量、出膏率的綜合評價結果為指標,以加水倍數、提取次數和提取時間為因素,設計正交試驗優(yōu)化余甘子配方顆粒的提取條件并進行驗證試驗。結果:余甘子配方顆粒最優(yōu)提取工藝為飲片加12倍水,提取2次,每次提取1 h。驗證試驗中出膏率平均值為30.44%(RSD=2.07%,n=3)、沒食子酸含量平均值為8.12%(RSD=0.86%,n=3)。結論:優(yōu)化的提取工藝穩(wěn)定,可為余甘子配方顆粒的標準化、規(guī)范化生產提供依據。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the extraction process of Fructus Glycyrrhizae granules. Methods: based on the comprehensive evaluation results of Gallic acid content and extraction rate, the orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction conditions of the formula granules of Fructus Glycyrrhiza and to carry out the validation experiment with the factors of water addition, times of extraction and extraction time. Results: the optimum extraction process of Fructus Glycyrrhizae was as follows: adding 12 times water, extracting for 2 times for 1 hour each time. The average content of gallate and Gallic acid were 30.44% (RSD=2.07%,n=3) and 8.12% (RSD=0.86%,n=3) respectively. Conclusion: the optimized extraction process is stable and can provide the basis for standardization and production of Fructus Glycyrrhizae.
