【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)比觀察,評(píng)價(jià)頭穴透刺治療腦梗死后尿潴留的臨床療效,為臨床治療提供可靠有效的新方法。方法:將入選的120例腦梗死后尿潴留患者隨機(jī)分為三組:頭穴透刺治療組(簡(jiǎn)稱透刺組)40例,采用頭針結(jié)合體針治療;電針對(duì)照組(簡(jiǎn)稱電針組)40例,采用電針配合體針治療;藥物對(duì)照組(簡(jiǎn)稱藥物組)40例,采用口服西藥并配合體針治療;14天為一療程共進(jìn)行治療1個(gè)療程。將三組患者治療前后進(jìn)行療效的對(duì)比評(píng)估,包括膀胱功能積分、神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、借助B型超聲進(jìn)行膀胱殘余尿量檢查。結(jié)果:按現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)尿潴留療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),三組療效比較,透刺組總有效率92.5%優(yōu)于總有效率為82.5%的電針組,優(yōu)于總有效率為67.5%的藥物組。差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。頭穴透刺對(duì)腦梗死后尿潴留的治療效果顯著,明顯優(yōu)于電針治療及藥物治療。結(jié)論:1頭穴透刺治療腦梗死后尿潴留B超檢查膀胱殘余尿量明顯少于電針組及藥物組。2頭穴透刺治療腦梗死后尿潴留神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分改善更明顯,優(yōu)于電針組及藥物組。3頭穴透刺治療腦梗死后尿潴留臨床療效顯著,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of scalp point penetration acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after cerebral infarction, and to provide a new and reliable method for clinical treatment. Methods: 120 patients with urinary retention after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups: 40 cases in the scalp acupoint penetrating acupuncture treatment group (referred to as the penetrating acupuncture group), 40 cases in the electroacupuncture control group (electroacupuncture group), 40 cases in the electroacupuncture control group (electroacupuncture group), 40 cases in the electroacupuncture combined with body acupuncture group, 40 cases in the electroacupuncture control group (electroacupuncture group). Drug control group (drug group) 40 cases, oral western medicine and combined with acupuncture treatment for 14 days as a course of treatment for a total of one course of treatment. Three groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment, including bladder function score, neurological impairment score, and bladder residual urine volume by B-mode ultrasound. Results: according to the evaluation standard of modern medical uroschesis, the total effective rate of the penetrating acupuncture group was 92.5% better than that of the electroacupuncture group with the total effective rate of 82.5%, and the total effective rate was 67.5%. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The therapeutic effect of scalp acupoint penetration on urinary retention after cerebral infarction was significantly better than that of electroacupuncture and drug therapy. Conclusion the residual urine volume of urinary bladder in the treatment of urinary retention after cerebral infarction by puncture at the point of 1 head was significantly less than that in the electroacupuncture group and the drug group, and the improvement of the score of urinary retention nerve function defect after cerebral infarction was more obvious than that in the electroacupuncture group and the drug group. It is superior to electroacupuncture group and drug group in the treatment of urinary retention after cerebral infarction.
