【摘要】：目的:分析溫針灸聯(lián)合肩關(guān)節(jié)松解術(shù)在肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:采用前瞻性臨床試驗研究方法,隨機(jī)抽取自2013年7月—2015年10月在我科室進(jìn)行治療的84例肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎患者,使用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法,將研究對象隨機(jī)分為2組,即聯(lián)合治療組和對照組,每組研究對象42例。對照組僅僅使用肩關(guān)節(jié)松解術(shù)治療,聯(lián)合治療組采用肩關(guān)節(jié)松解術(shù)的同時使用溫針灸療法。分析比較兩組患者的臨床療效、治療前后VAS評分情況。結(jié)果:兩組比較,聯(lián)合治療組臨床效果總有效率88.1%顯著高于對照組的總有效率64.3%;兩組患者治療前的VAS評分相比,治療后聯(lián)合治療組VAS評分(2.17±1.98)分顯著低于對照組VAS評分(3.59±2.02)分,以上結(jié)果均P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:溫針灸聯(lián)合肩關(guān)節(jié)松解術(shù)可以有效地促進(jìn)肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎患者的臨床治療效果,降低患者疼痛,這對于提高患者生活質(zhì)量和降低心理負(fù)擔(dān)具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of warming acupuncture combined with shoulder release in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods: 84 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly selected from July 2013 to October 2015 in a prospective clinical trial. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Combined treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated only with shoulder release, while the combined treatment group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical efficacy and VAS score before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of the combined treatment group (88.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (64.3%), and the VAS score of the combined treatment group (2.17 鹵1.98) after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.59 鹵2.02). The above results were all P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with shoulder release can effectively promote the clinical treatment effect and reduce the pain of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the psychological burden.
