【摘要】：《脈法贊》為關于診脈法的短篇韻文,收錄于王叔和編撰的《脈經》,是進行中醫(yī)脈學史整理、研究獨診寸口法的重要早期文本。故從文體風格、思想內容等角度對《脈法贊》的撰作年代、文本性質、學術源流各方面進行考證和探討,認為其系漢末魏晉之際所撰對"脈法"文書進行總結的文字,內容或與涪翁《診脈法》相關;其對中醫(yī)寸口診脈法理論體系的發(fā)展成熟、寸口分部與臟腑對應關系的確立有很大貢獻,其學術思想與扁鵲學派存在一定的淵源關系。
[Abstract]:"Meridian Zan" is a short verse about the method of diagnosing the pulse, which is included in Wang Shuhe's "Pulse Sutra", which is an important early text for the collation of the history of pulse science of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of the "Cunkou method". Therefore, from the angle of stylistic style and ideological content, this paper makes textual research and discussion on the writing age, text nature, academic source and stream of Mai Fa Zan, and holds that it is the text that summarized the "pulse method" document written in the end of Han Dynasty, Wei and Jin dynasties. It has great contribution to the development of the theoretical system of Cunkou diagnosis and the establishment of the corresponding relationship between Cunkou and Zang-fu organs, and its academic thought has a certain origin relationship with Bian Que school.
