【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺結(jié)合理筋正骨法治療單純頸、腰椎椎間盤突出癥的臨床特點(diǎn)。方法:選擇從2015年3月—2016年2月在本院確診為單純頸、腰椎椎間盤突出癥的患者共164例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法均分到對(duì)照組和觀察組。觀察組采用針刺結(jié)合理筋正骨法治療,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)推拿和斜板法治療。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、VAS評(píng)分和中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分情況。結(jié)果:觀察組有12例痊愈,23例顯效,43例經(jīng)治療有效,總有效率(95.12%);對(duì)照組痊愈5例,顯效14例,有效47例,總計(jì)66例(80.49%)(P0.05)。觀察組治療后腰椎病患者VAS評(píng)分(1.21±1.15),頸椎病患者中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分(3.36±2.25);對(duì)照組分別為(3.53±1.22)和(7.08±2.49),得分均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:因此運(yùn)用針刺結(jié)合理筋正骨法對(duì)單純性頸、腰椎間盤突出癥進(jìn)行治療可以標(biāo)本兼顧,活血通絡(luò)、理氣散瘀以緩解疼痛,治療病癥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical characteristics of simple cervical and lumbar disc herniation treated by acupuncture combined with reinforcing muscle and boning bone. Methods: 164 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were divided equally into control group and observation group according to random digital table method. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with strengthening and boning, while the control group was treated with conventional massage and oblique plate. VAS score and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results: in the observation group, there were 12 cases of cure and 23 cases of remarkable effect, 43 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 95.12%, in the control group, 5 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective, 47 cases were effective, a total of 66 cases (80.49%) (P0.05). The VAS scores of patients with lumbar spondylopathy and cervical spondylosis were (1.21 鹵1.15), (3.36 鹵2.25) and (3.53 鹵1.22) and (7.08 鹵2.49) respectively in the observation group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of simple neck and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by acupuncture combined with the method of regulating tendons and boning bone can be taken into account, activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals, regulating qi and dissipating blood stasis to relieve pain and treat disease.
