【摘要】：目的:探討益腎清利活血法治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效。方法:選取2012年6月—2016年6月醫(yī)院收治的慢性腎小球腎炎患者81例,根據(jù)入院時間,將其分為兩組,對照組(n=40)和觀察組(n=41)。對照組采取常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,再用腎炎康復(fù)片和百令膠囊進行治療;觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上,加用補腎清利活血湯進行治療。比較兩組治療后的臨床療效,腎功能(BUN、SCr),24 h尿蛋白定量(UTP),中醫(yī)證候積分改變情況,實驗室指標(biāo)及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療后,對照組總有效率為80.00%,觀察組總有效率為90.24%,觀察組臨床效果優(yōu)于對照組,差異顯著(P0.05);治療后,兩組BUN,SCr、UTP和尿紅細(xì)胞計數(shù)(URBC)水平均下降,觀察組BUN,SCr、UTP及URBC水平下降程度優(yōu)于對照組,中醫(yī)證候積分明顯低于對照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。但兩組血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)、血白蛋白(ALB)水平,治療前后無明顯差異,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益腎清利活血法治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效顯著,可使患者腎功能、臨床體征得以有效改善,值得在臨床上進一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Qingli Huoxue method on chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods: 81 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis from June 2012 to June 2016 were divided into two groups: control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 41). On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablet and bailing capsule, while the observation group was treated with Bushen Qingli Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group. To compare the clinical effect of the two groups, the changes of TCM syndromes, laboratory indexes and adverse reactions of 24 h urinary protein quantitative (UTP), in renal function (Bung SCr). Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00g and the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24B. the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). The levels of UTP and URBC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the TCM syndromes score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05) in the levels of serum lipids (TC) and serum uric acid (UA),) albumin (ALB) levels before and after treatment. Conclusion: the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with Yishen Qingli Huoxue method has remarkable clinical effect and can effectively improve the renal function and clinical signs of the patients. It is worth further popularizing and applying in clinic.
