【摘要】：正粘連性肩關(guān)節(jié)囊炎是臨床的常見(jiàn)病、多發(fā)病,以肩關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)弁�、活�?dòng)障礙為主要臨床表現(xiàn)。目前臨床上常用理療、按摩、拔火罐、針灸等康復(fù)治療,以及肩關(guān)節(jié)痛點(diǎn)阻滯治療,但其療程長(zhǎng),療效不佳,患者肩關(guān)節(jié)功能通常不能得到有效改善。臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯下肩關(guān)節(jié)松解治療粘連性肩關(guān)節(jié)囊炎,雖能有效地緩解肩關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)恼尺B,促進(jìn)患者肩關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)[1],但肩關(guān)節(jié)松解后數(shù)天,往往繼發(fā)肩部肌肉攣縮、疼痛,影響患者肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng),易再次出現(xiàn)肩關(guān)節(jié)粘連。內(nèi)熱針導(dǎo)熱療法是將內(nèi)熱針置入骨骼肌附著點(diǎn),連接內(nèi)熱針導(dǎo)熱巡檢儀,通過(guò)松解
[Abstract]:Positive adhesive shoulder bursitis is a common clinical disease. The main clinical manifestations are shoulder pain and dyskinesia. At present, physical therapy, massage, cupping, acupuncture and other rehabilitation treatment, as well as shoulder pain point block treatment, but its course of treatment is long, the curative effect is not good, the patient shoulder joint function usually can not be effectively improved.
