【摘要】：正瞑眩反應(yīng)是中醫(yī)在審證求因、辨證施治過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一種特殊的客觀現(xiàn)象,是人體陽(yáng)氣得湯藥或針灸之助,邪正劇烈相爭(zhēng)而出現(xiàn)一時(shí)性癥狀加劇的特有的逆病勢(shì)、循捷徑而奏效的表現(xiàn)。盡管暈針在現(xiàn)代被認(rèn)為屬于針刺異常情況之一,然而針灸臨床中有時(shí)卻會(huì)出現(xiàn)患者暈針后反而療效增加或使某些慢性頑固性疾病獲得意想不到之滿(mǎn)意療效,其與瞑眩反應(yīng)似有相通之處。筆者以瞑眩反應(yīng)為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)暈針與臨床療
[Abstract]:Positive dizziness response is a special objective phenomenon in the process of syndrome examination and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine. It is the help of Yang Qi decoction or acupuncture, the fierce competition of evil spirit and the emergence of a special adverse effect of the aggravation of temporary symptoms. The act of taking a shortcut that works. Although halo acupuncture is considered to be one of the abnormal cases of acupuncture in modern times, it sometimes appears that the curative effect of acupuncture patients after halo acupuncture increases or makes some chronic refractory diseases obtain unexpected satisfactory curative effect. It seems to have something in common with the dizziness of the reaction. The author regards the dizziness reaction as the breakthrough point, the halo acupuncture and the clinical treatment.
