【摘要】：目的探討溫和灸對胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者PICC相關性上肢靜脈血栓預防的效果及對血液流變學指標的改善效果。方法采用隨機數(shù)字法,將117例PICC置管的胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者分為2組,對照組57例,實驗組60例。兩組患者均給予PICC常規(guī)護理,實驗組給予生理鹽水封管并施以溫和灸,對照組給予生理鹽水封管,比較置管7 d時兩組血栓的發(fā)生率、置管前1 d、置管7 d和15 d時血液流變學指標的變化。結果血栓發(fā)生率的比較:置管7 d時實驗組的血栓發(fā)生率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。血液流變學指標的比較:與對照組相比,實驗組的全血粘度低切、高切,紅細胞聚集指數(shù),血漿粘度,紅細胞壓積在組間、時間、交互作用上與對照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論溫和灸能影響血液流變學,有效防止胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者PICC置管后血栓的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mild moxibustion on the prevention of PICC associated upper limb venous thrombosis and the improvement of hemorheology in patients with gastrointestinal malignancy. Methods 117 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into two groups: control group (n = 57), control group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The patients in both groups were given routine nursing care with PICC. The experimental group was given saline sealing and mild moxibustion, while the control group was given saline sealing. The incidence of thrombus was compared between the two groups at 7 days after catheterization. The changes of hemorheology indexes in the first day, 7 days and 15 days before placing the tube. Results the incidence of thrombus in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 7 days after catheterization (P0.05). Comparison of hemorheological indexes: compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity of the experimental group was low shear, high shear, erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, time, and interaction compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion mild moxibustion can affect hemorheology and prevent thrombosis after PICC catheterization in patients with gastrointestinal malignancy.
