【摘要】：目的:觀察針灸聯(lián)合盆底肌康復訓練治療產(chǎn)后膀胱功能失調(diào)的臨床療效。方法:選擇2015年1月至2016年3月來我院婦產(chǎn)科門診產(chǎn)后6周復診的初產(chǎn)婦70例,隨機分為兩組,聯(lián)合組35例采用針灸聯(lián)合盆底肌康復訓練治療,常規(guī)組35例采用盆底肌康復訓練治療,兩組患者均治療3個月。分別測定患者治療前和治療結(jié)束后陰道靜息壓、陰道收縮壓和陰道收縮持續(xù)時間;根據(jù)國際尿失禁咨詢委員會尿失禁問卷簡表(ICI-Q-SF)進行問卷調(diào)查,評估治療后患者尿失禁的發(fā)生情況及嚴重程度;觀察并記錄兩組患者的最終治愈情況。結(jié)果:和治療前相比,兩組治療后盆底肌力都有所恢復,但聯(lián)合組的恢復情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,聯(lián)合組尿失禁的發(fā)生率(2.86%)和常規(guī)組尿失禁的發(fā)生率(8.57%)相比,差異雖無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但聯(lián)合組發(fā)生尿失禁的人數(shù)低于常規(guī)組。聯(lián)合組治療總有效率(94.29%)明顯優(yōu)于對照組總有效率(77.14%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針灸聯(lián)合盆底肌康復訓練治療產(chǎn)后膀胱功能失調(diào),能有效的促進盆底肌恢復,治療產(chǎn)后尿失禁,總體療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum bladder dysfunction. Methods: select 70 cases of primipara in 6 weeks from January 2015 to March 2016 in our department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training, and 35 cases of pelvic floor muscle health in the routine group. The two groups of patients were treated for 3 months. The vaginal resting pressure, vaginal systolic pressure and duration of vaginal contraction were measured before and after the treatment. A questionnaire survey was conducted according to the ICI-Q-SF of the international incontinence Advisory Committee, to assess the incidence and severity of urinary incontinence after treatment. The final cure of the two groups was recorded and recorded. Results: compared with before treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups recovered, but the recovery of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the incidence of urinary incontinence (2.86%) and the incidence of urinary incontinence in the conventional group (8.57%) were compared. There was no statistical significance (P0.05), but the number of urinary incontinence in the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group. The total effective rate (94.29%) of the combined group was significantly better than the control group (77.14%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of postpartum bladder dysfunction with acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle. The overall effect of postpartum incontinence is significant.
