小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)中醫(yī)陰虛、氣虛人群體質(zhì)及相關(guān)機(jī)能的研究

【摘要】:目的:以中醫(yī)偏頗體質(zhì)中兩種常見的虛型體質(zhì)(陰虛型、氣虛型)作為研究對(duì)象,選用太極拳作為小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行為時(shí)12周的干預(yù)。通過觀察兩種中醫(yī)虛型體質(zhì)人群參與小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)(太極拳)后中醫(yī)體質(zhì)及機(jī)體功能的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,探求小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)是否適合陰虛和氣虛體質(zhì)人群以及更適合哪一種虛型體質(zhì)。為陰虛體質(zhì)、氣虛體質(zhì)人群科學(xué)鍛煉促進(jìn)健康提供理論依據(jù),同時(shí)也為樹立不同中醫(yī)體質(zhì)人群適宜運(yùn)動(dòng)的理論和發(fā)揚(yáng)辨體施動(dòng)、以動(dòng)調(diào)體綱領(lǐng)做一個(gè)初步的探索。方法:隨機(jī)在四川省骨科醫(yī)院參與了中醫(yī)體質(zhì)辨識(shí)測試并顯示體質(zhì)為陰虛體質(zhì)或氣虛體質(zhì),年齡在20-30歲的人群中抽取60人作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,選取太極拳作為小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式,運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)佩戴心率表同步監(jiān)測心率以此控制運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,通過對(duì)測試運(yùn)動(dòng)前后心肺功能(心率無氧閾時(shí)攝氧量VO2)、中醫(yī)體質(zhì)評(píng)分、下肢肌肉力量等指標(biāo)觀察比較分析,了解小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)分別對(duì)陰虛體質(zhì)和氣虛體質(zhì)人群其中醫(yī)體質(zhì)及身體相關(guān)機(jī)能指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果:1、經(jīng)過為期12周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)后,氣虛對(duì)照組和陰虛對(duì)照組與各自組前后比較,體質(zhì)量表積分無明顯變化(P0.05);氣虛試驗(yàn)組和陰虛試驗(yàn)組與各自組前后比較,體質(zhì)量表積分均有降低,但陰虛試驗(yàn)組無顯著性差異(P0.05),氣虛試驗(yàn)組的體質(zhì)量表積分與干預(yù)前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05);經(jīng)過為期12周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)后,陰虛試驗(yàn)組的體質(zhì)量表積分改善率為80%,氣虛試驗(yàn)組的體質(zhì)量表積分改善率為93.3%,氣虛試驗(yàn)組體質(zhì)改善效果優(yōu)于陰虛組。提示小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)氣虛體質(zhì)改善作用更明顯,氣虛體質(zhì)人群更加適宜小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)。2、經(jīng)過為期12周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),陰虛對(duì)照組和氣虛對(duì)照組心肺功能(心率無氧閾攝氧量VO2)無明顯改變;陰虛試驗(yàn)組心肺功能(心率無氧閾攝氧量VO2)有提高的趨勢,但無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),氣虛試驗(yàn)組心肺功能(心率無氧閾攝氧量VO2)提高較為明顯,與干預(yù)前相比有顯著差異(P0.05);干預(yù)結(jié)束氣虛試驗(yàn)組心肺功能與陰虛體質(zhì)相比無顯著差異(P0.05),但氣虛試驗(yàn)組心肺功能指標(biāo)上升趨勢更明顯,提示小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)能提升機(jī)體心肺功能,氣虛體質(zhì)的心肺功能較陰虛體質(zhì)改善作用更為明顯,因此小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度更加適宜氣虛體質(zhì)人群。3、經(jīng)過為期12周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),氣虛對(duì)照組和陰虛對(duì)照組的下肢肌肉力量無明顯變化(P0.05);氣虛試驗(yàn)組和陰虛試驗(yàn)組的下肢肌肉力量分別與之干預(yù)前相比均有提高,但陰虛、氣虛試驗(yàn)組與干預(yù)前比較無明顯差異(P0.05)。提示小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)陰虛、氣虛體質(zhì)下肢肌肉力量均有改善作用。結(jié)論:針對(duì)于陰虛體質(zhì)和氣虛體質(zhì),小強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式是一種改善體質(zhì)、促進(jìn)健康行之有效的方法,對(duì)中醫(yī)氣虛體質(zhì)尤為適合。所以在給中醫(yī)陰虛、氣虛體質(zhì)者進(jìn)行科學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)建議其選用類似太極拳、太極劍、五禽戲、慢步走等小強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)方式?茖W(xué)合理的選用適宜強(qiáng)度的鍛煉方法能更好的糾正偏頗體質(zhì),通過一定時(shí)間的堅(jiān)持練習(xí)達(dá)到以動(dòng)調(diào)體的目的,從而提升身體健康狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: taking two common virtual physique (yin deficiency type and Qi deficiency type) as the research object, Taijiquan was used as a small intensity exercise for the intervention of 12 weeks. The dynamic changes of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and body function after small intensity exercise (Taijiquan) were observed through the observation of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine virtual physique. Whether the intensity exercise is suitable for the people of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency as well as which kind of virtual physique is more suitable. It provides the theoretical basis for the scientific exercise to promote health for the yin deficiency constitution and the Qi deficiency constitution. At the same time, it also makes a preliminary exploration on the theory of establishing the suitable movement of different Chinese physique and the development of the body and body program. In the hospital of Department of orthopedics in Sichuan Province, we randomly participated in the physical constitution identification test of traditional Chinese medicine and showed that the constitution was Yin deficiency constitution or qi deficiency constitution. 60 people aged 20-30 years were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Taijiquan was selected as a small intensity exercise formula, and heart rate meter was monitored synchronously during exercise with heart rate. Control exercise intensity, through the test of cardiopulmonary function before and after the test (heart rate anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake VO2), TCM physique score, lower limb muscle strength and other indicators of comparison and analysis, to understand the effect of small intensity exercise on the constitution of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency constitution of the people of the body and body phase of the energy index. Results: 1, after a period of 12 There was no significant change in body mass index (P0.05) in the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group before and after the exercise of the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group. There was no significant difference between the Qi deficiency test group and the yin deficiency test group before and after the two groups, but there was no significant difference in the yin deficiency test group (P0.05), and the body mass table integral and intervention in the Qi deficiency test group were integrated and intervened. After 12 weeks of exercise, the improvement rate of body mass index in Yin deficiency test group was 80%, the improvement rate of body mass index in Qi deficiency test group was 93.3%, and the improvement effect of qi deficiency test group was better than that in Yin deficiency group. It is more obvious to improve the effect of the deficiency of the yin deficiency, so the small intensity of exercise intensity is more suitable for the.3 of the Qi deficiency constitution crowd. After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the muscle strength of the lower extremities in the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group has no significant changes (P0.05); the lower limbs muscle strength of the Qi deficiency test group and the yin deficiency test group is compared with that before the intervention, respectively. There is no obvious difference between the test group and the Qi deficiency test group (P0.05). It suggests that the small intensity exercise can improve the muscle strength of the lower extremities of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. Conclusion: the small intensity exercise is a method to improve the Constitution and promote health and effective. Quality is especially suitable. So in the course of giving traditional Chinese medicine Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency, people should recommend it to choose small intensity sports like Taijiquan, Taiji sword, five birds play, slow step and so on. The scientific and reasonable selection of suitable intensity exercise method can better correct the biased constitution, and achieve the action through a certain time of insistence practice. The purpose of the body adjustment to improve the health of the body.
