【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)針灸聯(lián)合消癖湯治療乳腺增生的臨床療效。方法選取2015年1月至2016年7月我院收治的100例乳腺增生患者為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)患者自愿原則分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組50例患者單純給予乳核散結(jié)片治療,觀察組50例患者給予針灸聯(lián)合消癖湯治療,比較兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組的乳房疼痛評(píng)分和乳房腫塊評(píng)分均明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組的治療總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用針灸聯(lián)合消癖湯治療乳腺增生,可顯著緩解疼痛,改善臨床癥狀,效果確切,值得臨床優(yōu)先選擇和普及。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaopi decoction on mammary hyperplasia. Methods from January 2015 to July 2016, 100 patients with breast hyperplasia were divided into control group and observation group according to the voluntary principle of the patients. 50 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Xiaopi decoction, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results after treatment, the breast pain score and breast mass score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia can significantly relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical priority and popularization.
