【摘要】：姜黃素是從傳統(tǒng)中草藥姜黃、郁金和莪術(shù)等姜黃科植物根塊中提取的有效成分,大量研究證明,姜黃素具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、清除自由基、抗微生物以及對心血管系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)等多方面藥理作用,尤其對于多種肺癌細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生、增殖、侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移以及增強(qiáng)克服多藥耐藥均具有抑制作用。文章綜述了姜黃素在肺癌領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,以期推動姜黃素在肺癌治療領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,探尋新的肺癌治療方向。
[Abstract]:Curcumin is an active component extracted from the root blocks of turmeric, curcumin and other traditional Chinese herbal medicines. A large number of studies have proved that curcumin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, free radical, anti-microbial and cardiovascular system. Many pharmacological effects of digestive system, especially on the production, proliferation, invasion and metastasis of lung cancer cells, as well as the enhancement of multidrug resistance (MDR) can be inhibited. This paper reviews the research status of curcumin in lung cancer, in order to promote the development of curcumin in the field of lung cancer treatment and explore a new direction of lung cancer treatment.
