【摘要】：目的:本課題為隨機對照單盲研究,通過對比運用呼吸瀉法針刺與常規(guī)針刺兩種不同方法治療緊張型頭痛,得出二者的臨床療效差別。方法:本課題選取60例緊張型頭痛的患者,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為治療組、對照組各30例。治療組行呼吸瀉法針刺進行治療,選穴:百會穴、太陽穴(雙側(cè))、神門穴(雙側(cè))、頭維穴(雙側(cè))、風池穴(雙側(cè))、頸夾脊穴(雙側(cè))、太沖穴(雙側(cè));對照組使用常規(guī)針刺進行治療,選穴同上。兩組均每日1次,6次為一療程,療程間休息1天,共進行4個療程。兩組運用不同的針刺方法治療TTH,觀察分析其臨床療效,觀測指標為:比較經(jīng)治療后頭痛程度、頭痛持續(xù)時間、頭痛指數(shù)。結(jié)果:①治療組與觀察組兩組治療后患者頭痛程度比較:P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療組治療前、后患者頭痛程度比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。對照組治療前、后患者頭痛程度比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。②兩組患者治療結(jié)束后頭痛持續(xù)時間比較:P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療組治療前、后患者頭痛持續(xù)時間比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。對照組治療前、后患者頭痛持續(xù)時間比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。③兩組患者治療后頭痛指數(shù)比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。治療組治療前、后患者頭痛指數(shù)比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。對照組治療前、后患者頭痛指數(shù)比較:P0.01,有顯著性差異。④臨床總有效率:治療組臨床總有效率為90.00%,對照組臨床總有效率為83.33%。經(jīng)秩和檢驗,結(jié)果表明:P0.05,存在統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:1.針刺運用呼吸瀉法治療緊張型頭痛有效。2.針刺運用呼吸瀉法治療緊張型頭痛可以改善頭痛程度、頭痛持續(xù)時間、頭痛指數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study was a randomized controlled single blind study. The clinical efficacy of respiratory diarrhea acupuncture and routine acupuncture was compared to treat tension headache. Methods: 60 patients with tension headache were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with respiratory diarrhea acupuncture. Temple (bilateral), Shenmen (bilateral), Tou Wei (bilateral), Fengchi (bilateral), Jiaji (bilateral), Taichong (bilateral), the control group was treated with routine acupuncture, the same as above. The two groups were given 6 times a day as a course of treatment, with a day's rest between the two groups, and a total of 4 courses of treatment. The two groups were treated with different acupuncture methods. The clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed. The indexes were as follows: the degree of headache, the duration of headache, and the headache index after treatment. Results the headache degree of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The degree of headache in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group before and after treatment. Before and after treatment, the headache degree of the patients in the control group was higher than that in the control group. 2 there was a significant difference between the two groups in the duration of headache after treatment. 2 the duration of headache in the two groups was significantly different from that in the control group before and after treatment. The duration of headache in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group before and after treatment. There was significant difference in headache duration between two groups before and after treatment. 3 there was significant difference in headache index between two groups before and after treatment. 3. There was significant difference in headache index between two groups before and after treatment. The headache index of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group before and after treatment. Before and after treatment, the headache index of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.000.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33. The results of rank sum test show that there is statistical significance in the proportion of 0. 05. Conclusion 1. Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of tension-type headache with the method of respiratory diarrhea. Acupuncture can improve headache degree, headache duration and headache index.
