【摘要】：目的:觀察經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法治療面肌痙攣患者的臨床療效,探討經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法治療面肌痙攣的有效性,旨在為臨床治療該病提供一種更為有效的方法。方法:選擇76例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的面肌痙攣患者作為研究對(duì)象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,各38例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)針刺法治療(取穴:翳風(fēng)、攢竹、太陽(yáng)、顴毼、合谷、太沖等),治療組采用經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法治療(在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法針刺百會(huì)、寧神、運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)下2/5),治療組和對(duì)照組均每次治療30分鐘,每日治療一次,連續(xù)治療五日后休息兩日為一個(gè)療程,連續(xù)治療三周(三個(gè)療程),并隨訪1個(gè)月后整理病例,應(yīng)用療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評(píng)定并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:1.經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)療程的治療后,治療組和對(duì)照組患者的面肌痙攣的頻率與程度均下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),在面肌痙攣頻率和程度上治療組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;2.治療后,治療組總有效率為94.74%,對(duì)照組總有效率為86.84%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),證明兩組在經(jīng)過(guò)3個(gè)療程的治療后均有明顯的療效,但是治療組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組,說(shuō)明治療組的療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1.經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法和常規(guī)針刺治療面肌痙攣均有效,具體體現(xiàn)在痙攣發(fā)作程度和痙攣發(fā)作頻率上均有所下降。2.經(jīng)顱重復(fù)針刺法治療面肌痙攣的療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of transcranial repetitive acupuncture in the treatment of hemifacial spasm and to explore the effectiveness of transcranial repetitive acupuncture in the treatment of hemifacial spasm in order to provide a more effective method for clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm. Methods: 76 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture (point extraction: Yifeng, Zanzhu, Sun, zygomaticus, Hegu, Taichong, etc.), the treatment group was treated with transcranial repeated acupuncture (on the basis of the treatment of the control group, Baihui was needled with transcranial repetitive acupuncture, tranquilizing the spirit, etc.) The patients in the treatment group and the control group were treated for 30 minutes each time, once a day, after five consecutive days of rest as a course of treatment, three consecutive weeks (three courses of treatment), and followed up for one month to sort out the cases. The evaluation criteria were used to evaluate and analyze the data. The result is 1: 1. After three courses of treatment, the frequency and degree of hemifacial spasm in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly (p0.05). The frequency and degree of hemifacial spasm in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (p0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.840.The difference was statistically significant (p0.05), which proved that the two groups had obvious curative effect after three courses of treatment, but the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion 1. Both transcranial repeated acupuncture and routine acupuncture were effective in the treatment of hemifacial spasm, which was reflected in the decrease of spasm degree and frequency. The therapeutic effect of transcranial repeated acupuncture on hemifacial spasm was better than that of routine acupuncture.
